The stool is lovely but it was a nightmare to build as none of the screws were lined up

I ordered a pair of damask chairs. The box arrived damaged & 1 of the chairs was damaged ..I emailed Zoe Griffiths in customer service & she sent a new replacement out & had the damaged 1 picked up free of charge & without any fuss ..I would recommend emailing her rather than phoning .

They are just what I wanted, perfect colour, the right height, we are well pleased, thank you xx

Great packaging, easily put together, very comfortable, and look fab, only downside was 1foot stopper was missing.

Ordered three bar chairs they arrived on time I was kept informed of when I would expect them and confirmation of order. They were delivered swiftly and we're really pleased with them they are great quality and look so lovely in our kitchen.

Legs on chairs have holes all over them- like wood worm, poorly finished on the legs, different coloured wood used to put together! These legs were covered up with protective foam, I didn’t removed until At least a week after buying, where I stupidly removed the tags!!!! When removing the protective packaging is where I then discovered the holes!!!!! Not happy and certainly won’t buy off them again

Some screw holes didn't line up & a few scratches on the metal leg frame - great price

I ordered 1 bar stool and had planned to get 3 more. Received an incorrect item, no response from customer services. I'm stuck with a bar stool that I don't need and lost money. Really poor service, I need a refund.

We ordered four bar stools which arrived on time and in perfect condition. However, assembling them was incredibly difficult. I am very handy at putting things together but, basically the bolts are too short. I had to find alternative bolts and once everything was attached I could remove one bolt at a time and fit the bolts supplied.
This should have taken 5 minutes but took me an hour and a half to do.
