For a first timer renting storage
For a first timer renting storage, the customer service person was very helpful and made the process easy. I was also moving houses this day, and highly stressed however the team made sure everything was smooth for me.
I had also enquired online and requested a call back, I received the call back however I was at work and missed the call. Her name is Kennedy, she was very persistent and texted me, so we sorted everything via text which is so handy!

The service (young island lady) was very very nice, understanding and patient with me. She was thorough in her explanations with what I needed to do. Both ladies in the office were very helpful and cheery. I enjoyed my experience when making my booking and when I didn't show up to pick up the card, she gave me kind reminders. thank you for the great service....and discount for the 2nd month. The cupboard storage I booked is the perfect size and very clean. The trolley was easy to find as I had alot to carry. One thing that would be good is a light inside the storage room.
