Good service Very attentive and knows what it does

Waited a long time (20-30 minutes) outside for the office clerk to show up and open the office to do the paperwork. Elevator was broken, had to go a long route to move stuff to storage place.

Jane is great and very welcoming. She provided me with a tour, excellent service, and made it quick and easy to sign up. Extremely clean facility and units.

Great company. Relatively straight forward. Be aware that a locker is smaller than a 5x5 and that there are insurance and administrative fees in addition to what you see.

I can't describe in words how much these people have helped me in my storage needs. If there were a rating above 5 they would get it AAA++++++++ service. Great rates, good location, nice staff, Ray and Zenaida you guys are the bomb dot com i’ve recommended the storage to all my friends and business partners.

i was told one thing and had to go back twice to correct it . to top it off i was informed the manager would call and has not done so yet. i will be calling the storage to speak with manager since he/she hasn't called as expected.

Tks for the call back tellling me that a spot was available for my rv 25’. Paperwork easy to fill and understand, easy access. Would have like to have clean spot, had to clean it with a broom...found dead mouses along the fence..should have asphalt instead of bushes

Bad costumer service,. They over charge you 300 dollars when your payment is late. Like to pressure costomers to pay for some reason or another.
