I ordered a shirt, too small, so I returned it as the policy is to return the item then reorder. I paid the postage to return the item, have proof of delivery and have had communications with a customer service representative, Augustin for over 6 weeks with no resolution. THIS IS BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE - GO ELSEWEAR FOR YOUR FIFA CLOTHING.

For Christmas I purchased World Cup T Shirt for £40 plus £19.48 Shipping (inc 9.88 taxes). I have received an invoice from Fedex for £105. The store contact said I should have been aware. Fifa Official Site should be above reproach ….fuming. I have emailed all the consumer programs

Was not informed that the product received would be shipped internationally nor that I would be responsible for said cost. When I spoke with customer service I was over-talked and informed that their customs policy, bearing in mind that there was nothing on the product to suggest that it wasn’t produced in the US, was under frequently asked questions. How obscure!

I never received my order LS937271482CH and FIFA store customer support has yet to refund me. Their repeated response is “we are still waiting on a response from our corresponding department”. I placed the order in early December. FIFA sent an email that the order shipped on 12/16. ASENDIA tracking shows the order was shipped/created on 12/13. That was the last update. It is now 2/9 and over this time I have contacted the FIFA store three times requesting an update and demanding a refund. I receive the same response “waiting on a response from our corresponding department”. It has been enough time. I never received my order and I want and deserve my money back. I am extremely frustrated.

Update. As of 2/23, I finally received a refund.

Ordering from here is fine....but returning is a NIGHTMARE. I've been waiting over a month to receive a refund for 2 items I returned using THEIR DHL shipper who picked my items up. They keep giving me the runaround as to why it's taking so long and are not refunding me. Such a joke for a 'big' company. Stay far away unless you for sure know your size

Garbage, sent me the wrong poster, had to jump through hoops to prove this by sending several photographs, finally they sent a refund after I had sent it back, however, postage was not refunded. Shocking
