Resposta da Gauge Store
Paul, thank you for bringing this to our attention. This is the first we’ve heard of any issue with your order. With raw metal materials, light surface rust can occasionally occur, but it should never be excessive or compromise the integrity of the product. If the rust has gone beyond the surface or affected the metal itself, please give us a call at 317-856-1810 so we can make it right. We’re here to help and want to ensure you receive the quality you expect.

Thank you for the review. We are confused on the 3 star review.
Your first order was almost $500 and we insure all order at that amount. The total amount of shipping is calculated by UPS directly through the automated system with our website and theirs.
The 2nd order for your AVS ARC-7 was shipped UPS from our California warehouse warehouse to Texas the total was $18.11 in shipping. With the recent problems wtih USPS UPS was the best option to get this to you in a dependable time frame.
At Gauge Store we value customer service and honesty across the board. We are auto enthusiasts helping auto enthusiast the best we can.
