I was stuck trying to find safety…
I was stuck trying to find safety cables for my 12 ft high garage doors. It turns out they are only available with a complete cable kit which I didn't need. I knew what I wanted and searched the internet when I found Preferred Doors, LLC. They have a great selection of cables and hardware necessary to build my own safety cable kit. The cables and hardware were first-rate and arrived very quickly. Communication on shipping status was great.

Very SLOW shipping
Very SLOW shipping. After 5 days from the day I received a notice from the post office stating they are waiting for the item to be received by the post office. I emailed customer service and was told the item had been shipped. I was sent me the same tracking number I already had. I checked the tracking number and it had still not showing up at the postoffice. I emailed again and was told that it is on its way and it had been sent 5 days earlier. Emailed again they told me that it had been sent earlier. I checked the tracking number again and found out that it had been delivered to the post office about an hour after my emails. Do not care for their customer service at all. No apologies no comments from them.
