Ordered an acapella device as i suffer with a lung disease. Excellent service from start to finish and very good value. Same item is for sale on Ebay for £30 more. I will use storks again when i need someone. Thank you for your help and support.

Ordered the watch, for delivery to the UK the watch has just arrived and looks fantastic I'm so pleased. Thank you for a quick and reliable service, the tracking was great I could see the progress of the parcel. Would definatley use again and the watch looks so much better than the photos.

Im from the Netherlands. I was a little in doubt if I should order from the USA, but i decided to take the risk. Delivery was super fast, and customer service emailed back within an hour. Really good store.
btw i had no custom fees or taxes.

Var lidt skeptisk med at bestille derfra, da jeg måske troede det kunne være kopivarer eller ende med at blive taget i tolden. Men da jeg fandt et Sony kamera etui til halv pris (inklusiv fragt) i forhold til hvad jeg kunne få i butikkerne måtte jeg prøve.
Bestilte, fik Track & Trace nummer og har nu hentet min pakke inden for deres lovede leveringstid.
Det helt rigtige produkt, den halve pris, ingen told og god kvalitet.

I live in the uk. There was a toy for a collection I could only buy overseas that i tracked down on their website. I emailed with a question before purchasing and they responded almost immediately with great customer service so friendly and helpful! Daniel even sent a personal acknowledgement of my purchase with shipping time frames alongside the automatic tracking email after payment. Any further questions about tracking were always met with a speedy polite response. My item arrived quickly and just as ordered!

Couldn’t get my favourite Obagi tinted sunscreen for love or money anywhere as there’s a stock shortage everywhere until 2020 but managed to locate it at Storkz (hadn’t heard of them before but reviews were great and the price was fair). All arrived within 10 days from them - very happy to have found them as I find a lot of things in US that are hard to get here but not all US shops will ship to UK and have used MYUS app before to create a postal forwarding address. Great site thanks.

I have had a great experience shopping on Storkz. The delivery was quick and I am happy not to have had additional import fees.

But what made my day was the customer support that I received. There was a manufacturing issue with my order so I contacted them for assistance. I got a reply in about a day (I later realised it was from the actual COO) and I seriously never received a more thought out and helpful message from any Customer Support ever!

As a Customer Support manager myself, I must say that from now on I aim to be more like Daniel from Storkz :)

I chose Storkz due to their reputation and it did not disappoint.

My package arrived and there was an additional fee to pay so the post office sent a card saying that it would be delivered after this was paid.
I took a picture of this and emailed Storkz, within the hour Storkz had emailed back and paid this for me so my item arrived the following day.

I had to review this company 5 stars they were very helpful with everything . My daughter was delighted with her product! It came so quickly as well considering it was coming over from America to England 7 days max it took . I've never had such great service before . Will definitely be shopping again!! They will send me another Funko with no extra charges. As promised to the support, I will change my rating from 3 to 5 stars if the new Funko comes intact! My esteem for Strokz raised :)]

[4 August 2018: I placed an order (Funko Pop of Miss Fortune) and the box is damaged.. I'm super sad because I'm a collector. + I paid 35 euros for it. It's not normal the box is damaged like this. It looks like someone already opened it before sending.. Totally not happy about this webshop!]

The G-Shock I ordered arrived in the UK promptly, free of duty and just as described. I would not hesitate to use Storkz again. Many thanks.

I ordered something off of their website and then I later got an email saying it was out of stock. The customer service was amazing, they felt bad they didn’t have it in stock so offered me other arrangements for my later orders. Fast replies and a family run buisness will be using this website regularly.

I didnt get the stuff I ordered.
David Kovacs from Storkz kindly responded both by mail and phone and are going to arrange a reshipping of my order.
He told me that the missing order might be the fault of the Swedish postal office, that are experincing severe difficulties during Christmas.
I am very happy about Storkz handling of my claim. I am looking forward to get the things I ordered.
