3 weeks to get a dispatch! Then for the parcel not even turn up a week after dispatch! No happy at all! 2 emails to customer service and no response!

Love the dress but it’s slightly see through which is disappointing

TERRIBLE customer service and returns process. I have been partially refunded despite returning my whole order. I’m still awaiting another £72 refund. No one is replying to my emails. Absolutely shocking. Do not order from sisterstories if you anticipate you might need to return something because you will be waiting weeks for them to even acknowledge that they’ve received your return. I’m relieved I paid extra to return with a signature so I knew when they had received my return.

My top arrived with a hole in it, I emailed to ask to swap it and haven’t had a response. Such a shame as I love the top and really wanted it!

Communication about delivery, especially when ordering from overseas. It was nice to have an email directly from them explaining the delays.

The hoodies from Storm look amazing on and the fabric is great. They wash really well too… so will definitely buy from there again.

My items arrived , but they were too big. I asked for the items in the smaller size, of which I was told was out of stock.
So I returned and asked for a refund. This was 4th August. I have contacted in so many ways and even tried to go through pay pal to get a refund with no response
7th October and still trying over £115 owed to me

My order went missing and when I contacted storm they were very helpful, sent me out a new order with an extra top for the inconvenience, really happy with the service I recieved, and the clothes are very nice
I will definitely be purchase more.
