i found them on etsy but order through their website, have about 11 flags from them so far. no complaints, very cute and epic little flags

Now have 4 flag mates, for various members of the family for over 30 x flags from around the world and planning on more soon!

Shocking customer service and poor delivery times with incomplete orders.

I ordered quite a large selection before Christmas 2025 for a family member. All items were shown as in-stock on their website.
I received an email a few days later saying they were sending out a partial order due to some flags being out of stock but that they would send these within two weeks.

I am still missing items in late February 2026!!!

This is now 2 months late and although I email them and also request communication through the form on their website they are not reaching out.

I made a second order in late January for extra items and in the hope that the poor service had been a once off.
1 month later and only a partial order has turned up AGAIN! No communication from them this time either.

I have checked my spam folders and there have been no responses.

I placed an order on Jan 5. Feb 5 I contacted them for an update. It took 5 days to get a reply to which they said they’d look into it and contact me the next day. It has been 3 more days and still no update or information. It has been over a month, I’ve sent 4 emails and STILL nothing.

Nobody returns to my mails or to my messages on the website.
Missing order now for over a month after emailing to say "complete".

Flags received all good thanks.
Not able to find Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan or Mongolia on your list. My son likes to travel to some more unusual countries and I can’t complete his latest journey.

Great product, excellent delivery service!

The flags and keyring are excellent with delivery within a couple of weeks. I have bought 2 for Christmas presents and I am very happy with them (I actually want one for myself now!)
I have to admit I was worried that it was another Facebook scam, so I was very relieved when my items arrived.
I also contacted customer services to enquire about a new flag that was not listed. Bhav was extremely helpful and I received my new flags.
Would highly recommend and I will be using them in the future to purchase more flags.

It didn’t arrive. The order was placed 17th October and they usually arrive within a few working days (I’ve got 35 flags so far), and I’ve contacted them and was told that it should have arrived by now.

I’ve been using this service for just under a year and in the past they’ve usually been good.

Happy to update this once if gets rectified.

[Update]
I received an empty envelope in the mail from Storyteller - the end hadn't been sealed down and the evelope still had the paper strip over the sticky bit, hence why the items have fallen out.

I sent a couple of pics over Facebook to the company and they rang me up straight away to apologise. They said it was the supplier who is responsible for posting the items. They have said that they would post 3 of the 5 flags straight away, and then the other 2 once they were in stock. They have also issued a refund for the hassle.

I have updated the star review accordingly. I think the problem has not been with the company itself but with their suppliers. Storyteller have attempted to rectify the problem so its only fair I give them credit where its due.

Update 2

I received a message in January to say that they would look into the blunder. As of march 2026, there’s been nothing. I have lost patience with them so based on my dealings with them, I would advise people are very careful when purchasing from them.

I was scammed out my money. I have been emailing and no one has respond to my refund request or sent my missing items.

Great quality product, my son loves it! Seller went above and beyond to get my order to me in time. Very prompt communication. Highly recommended!

Two missing items in my order. Tried to contact the company numerous times to request the items be delivered. No response from them and items not delivered. Very disappointed.

I love this brand and have bought flags from them many times in the past. Customer friendly website, fast shipping and great quality products. I will be buying again and recommended them 100%.

Really happy with my purchases from Story Teller. My collection on my keyring growing with each country I visit. Lovely reminders of countries visited.
