DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. As previous reviewers found, we placed an order which was not delivered for 2 months despite repeated requests. When it was delivered the delivery note stated glass was shaped (as was ordered) however glass was actually just rectangular which obviously won't fit. Company does not answer the phone and does not respond to emails.

Would not order anything from this company. I ordered replacement glass. Whilst I did (eventually) receive my order, it took about a month to arrive. Do not attempt to call or email this company as they do not answer their phone and don’t acknowledge or respond to your email messages. Overall, extremely poor service.

DO NOT USE- THEY ARE THIEVES! WHY ARE THEY STILL BEING ALLOWED TO TRADE. WISH I HAD CHECKED TRUST PILOT BEFORE BEING SCAMMED. WHY HAS THEIR WEBSITE NOT BEEN TAKEN DOWN? As soon as this fuel problem is sorted, I am going to turn up on their door and not only demand my order but compensation as well and I will not leave until I get both. Addition to my review, after emailing them again, to say I can arrange for someone to collect, my order just turns up albeit 4 weeks late. This makes me question, would I have got my order if I had not been so persistent?

This company is just out to take your money and not send out your order. I've email them 3 times left answer phone messages and had no reply. The other thing is they must be doing this to loads of people because sometimes to can't leave a answer phone message as the voice mail is full so there definitely seeing the messages but are just ignoring them!!! Nothing but scumbags!!!

ORDERED NEW GLASS AND SEAL 0N THE 5TH GOT A TRACKING NUMBER WHICH IS CLEARLY FAKE TRIED TO CALL AND EMAIL NO REPLAY TO ANY DISGUSTING THE HAVE REPORTED THEM AND THEY NEED CLOSING DOWN I AM EVEN TEMPTED TO DRIVE DOWN THERE THEY EVEN GOT THE CHEEK TO SET UP ANOTHER SISTER COMPANY CALLED WOODBURNING STOVES SO YET ANOTHER SCAM SITE AS SAME PHONE NUMER AND CONTACT DETAILS

Ordered on the 20th May and never received my order. I chased and chased- no answers to my emails. Left plenty of answer messages as no one picked up. Eventually someone picked up and sent me a photo saying they had delivered. Photo could have been on the moon with no clarifying details. They agreed to resend with Parcelforce and I have heard nothing since. Tried again to call and left voice mails - tried email but have now given up. £50 spent nothing to show for it.
Do not use.

Ordered and paid for glass and seals. Received a Hermes tracking number which a week later still says ‘awaiting your parcels’

Placed a order beginning of august 21 not a big order took my money still not arrived . When I ring I get a message saying this mail box is full or a man saying please leave your name and number and I will call you back . They take your money and then go silent waste of space do not buy off this company you will lose your money

As per other reviews I stupidly bypassed checking company out first and ordered new glass door for my wood burner on the 1st September and received reply would be 3-5 days delivery and received Hermes tracking number.
Now two weeks later Hermes still awaiting the glass to deliver and only getting answering machine when I ring chasing it up.
For the level of service problems go to another company and hopefully I will receive my glass before they cease trading.

Absolutely disgusting service. Ordered a piece of glass nearly a month ago.
Just don't bother with them. Wast of time and money.

Much the same story as the rest of the reviews. Ordered the glass, got a few emails including a Hermes tracking number. Tracking constantly said Expecting Parcel. Emailed and rang with no reply to email and phone going straight to answer phone. Looked at these reviews which made me feel a right tool! I rang my bank, who were brilliant, and informed me that under the financial code (that Stoveglass_direct signed up to) I have 125 days to claim a refund if I don't receive my goods. So they refunded me and said that Stoveglass-direct now have to dispute the claim (good luck with that). Its a shame because if the company said that there were delays or something I would have waited.

Don’t order from this company. Order and company all looked genuine and then after no delivery started to look into further and found other reviews saying the same thing. I’m amazed that the company and website has not been shut down.

Like all the other reviews below me....I should have checked what other customers said about this company. Place your order, take your money then never hear another word back from them

After an initial delay the glass arrived, fitted perfectly and they returned the calls I had made enquiring about my order. Happy with their service and quality of the product.

Don't order from this company. they take your money, have you waiting for expected parts, don't reply to emails and phone voicemailbox is full and won't take any more messages. (There's a surprise) I made the mistake of not reading the reviews.

Unfortunately I didn’t read reviews either, what I don’t understand (not technical) why can’t this site be shut down or at least the banking part tracked to the source ?

As per other reviews below order made money taken fake Hermes tracker raised glass never arrived steer well clear of them.

Scam. Delivery link to Hermes was fake, no goods delivered after 14 days. No reply to calls, emails, Facebook. Robbed of £50, should have checked here first. Reported to the police

THIS COMPANY IS A DISGRACE AND NEEDS CLOSING DOWN. READ THE REVIEWS BEFORE YOU EVEN THINK OF ORDERING FROM THEM. I’ve opened a dispute with my bank, as the spineless, lying parasite won’t answer any of my attempts at contact. STAY CLEAR !!!!

Absolute con of a business…ordered stove glass from this company..waited 4/5 weeks for glass and when it was eventually delivered they had sent wrong glass..emailed & constantly phoned the company leaving messages but with no reply….stay away from this company…very unprofessional company with NO communication skills!!!!!😡
