I'm still waiting on my delivery
I'm still waiting on my delivery. 4 or 5 delivery attempts but no one came and no one called and no delivery notice. I've sent 4 emails and received the same response, Rest assured that we will file a follow-up report and forward it to our backend department, and spoke with 4 different agents. Again same response. Very poor service.
God awful customer service. Package not delivered.
Terrible customer service. Claims to have delivered my package to a unit inside a locked building without contacting me. Photo "proof" of the delivery did not include the package in the photos. I called to file an investigation over a month ago and have been ignored every time I try to reach out requesting an update. I am unable to get a refund on the package, so it was a complete waste of time and money. If you placed an order through a company that uses Straightship I recommend cancelling your order immediately.
They “delivered” my TEMU order and…
They “delivered” my TEMU order and “proved” it with a photo of the facade of my apartment (because, clearly, that’s irrefutable evidence) and another mystery mailbox—which, fun fact, does not exist at my place! The photo appears to show the parcel in the middle of being stuffed into this imaginary mailbox, a charmingly convenient red herring, nice and slug!
And the package? Oh, it’s definitely not taken by the delivery man; in fact I called Customer Support, to which they said they’d “investigate”, and they asked for my name and delivery number.
It’s been days and they did not follow up!
Not sure if this is a “business” or an illegal front?
Long story short: I never got the package!!
Judging by the wealth of similar 1-star reviews, I’m not alone in this magical delivery experience. So, thanks for the “delivery,” I guess. Great work.
PS— Sarcasm aside, I think Straightship is a scam, and they’d make precise and meticulous dance moves to bamboozle you.

This company is a joke
I have made an order over seas and they sent it to this company. I'm not sure how they can be in business as they are a joke. They left a tag on my front door of complex, cool I was not home I appreciate that. So I sent them an email saying they needed to call or text me so I can let them in , I also wrote on that tag my phone number and explained to call or text me as the buzzer don't work. Not just a note and email. I called there customer support phone number and the lady said she would put a note on account and driver would get it and would definitely call or text. Well today a second attempt was posted on there tracking site that they couldn't get in building. I call bullshit as that email I sent should have reached them , the call I made she said would get to driver. And I left the tag on the door so they would see it and call or text. Nope nothing at all but a post on the tracking. I called there support again and the guy this time basically told me I'm shit out of luck. so since I work I will not be getting my package, then proceeded to hang up on me when I asked to speak to his higher up supervisor. This place is a joke I have client waiting for me to get this package as they prepared for my services. Now I'm behind schedule and have mad clients. This is BS , do better straightship
This company is Totally USELESS
This company is Totally USELESS. They have a delivery address and than deliver the package to a totally different town. Now the package is sitting outside someplace in freezing temperatures that will freeze some of the items. Any company that uses this carrier is also totally USELESS

No star. I was waiting on my package and kept missing them even when i requested to be contacted when at my location bc no buzzer and door is locked to the building. On their app it doesn’t notify you until you check manually and then you get an update saying they made an attempt. Next day, same thing, no call, no notification, even though I requested to be informed that they were at my building. I finally decided I no longer wanted to wait for my package to arrive as I won’t get it regardless unless Straightship contacts me when at my location. I asked for a refund and Temu can worry about it. I was given a full refund. 2 days waiting on a package to arrive all I’m able to tolerate. They suck. Most other delivery services give notifications and will call you.

They have stolen my order from temu and now cannot be reached to explain where my order is. Last update show my package out for delivery in Kelowna and Surrey BC. I don't live in either or BC. Package cleared customs on 28th of December 2024. Was due Jan 8 2025. Purchased 24 December 2024.
Straightship service pourri
C’est la première fois que je commande sur Temu et Straightship m’ont envoyé une photo inconnue comme preuve de livraison sans qu’on y voit un numéro de porte et le colis. C’est pratiquement impossible de déterminer c’est où. J’ai mis cette photo sur les spotted des réseaux sociaux pour qu’on m’aide à retrouver cet endroit, mais rien. J’ai cherché mon colis dans ma rue et les autres rues à côté, mais il est introuvable. J’ai appelé Straightship, faut attendre sur la ligne longtemps, et ils n’ont aucun service en français, j’ai dû me débrouiller en anglais… Je dois attendre qu’ils me contactent… J’aimerais vous montrer la photo qu’ils m’ont envoyée, c’est ridicule… mais on ne peut pas ici je crois. C’était un samedi soir que la livraison a eu lieu, donc il a fallu que j’attende au lundi pour appeler parce Straightship est fermé la fin de semaine. Jamais ils ne retrouveront mon colis maintenant. Temu me rembourse les items qui ne sont déjà plus en stock et me réexpédie les autres.

I was a bit concerned after reading all the negative reviews but was presently surprised. I got up-to-date notifications. I live in a secured building and it is difficult to find my place. My package was delivered right to my door. I was quite impressed with their service.
Fraud
How is it possible that they are still in business? What the hell is this world coming to...
Is it mismanaged to the point where they don't enforce the rule to have a picture of the package that shows at least a piece of the house it is delivered to?
How easy is it for delivery employees at Straightship to steal? It has got to be a walk in the park.

The customer service at straightship is by a country mile the most ineffective pointless “customer service” experience in Canada You might as well be talking to a lump of wood! They provide you answers from the same tracking screen you have access to yourself and any questions that deviate from this are referred back to the tracking screen. I was promised a call back from their manager as they have sent my package to the completely wrong province even after checking my address and of course this never happened. If they could have negative scores i would give that. How they continue to trade is beyond me! I only use them because i order from Temu.
Temu Package never delivered.
Temu Package labelled as delivered at my address with photo of enormous package as proof. This is proof of package not of delivery!
My idea is that the photo was taken while still in the car and the delivery man never did his job. I was there all day, never got it, nobody seen it. Today they changed the photo on their delivery notice showing a much smaller package delivered a week ago when there was still snow on my balcony. I wish that neither Amazon not Temu should use their service anymore, they are frauds.

I wish there was a star way less than 1 because this company would receive it. Lies, lies & more lies. If you’re dealing with a company that uses Straightship, be prepared to be disappointed! Worst, absolute WORST service I’ve ever dealt with.
Package said delivered but nothing received.
Package said delivered with photo of closeup package, not with my front door so I wouldn't know where this photo taken..or whether it was indeed delivered. Since received notice, I had been checking front door for arrival, not heard footstep or anything between 7 n 9 pm. I called straightship but their office closed 5pm. No package whatsoever...I don't think was stolen by passerby, any parcel left at my front door won't be visible from the street. Very unreliable courier, I wish Temu bring back Uni Uni courier, they are reliable, always on time, and they ring the bell.

UPDATE JAN 26TH 2025 : So i was fully refunded for this order by Temu as it was in limbo for 3 weeks past delivery.Today i look out my window and see a van drive in and a guy got out with a huge package and this is on a Sunday and sure enough it was the full order.I also had won four items from playing there Farmland and Fishland games which got shipped with Straight Ship and they were delivered last week right on time by the same guy.He said it was probably weather issues which i highly doubt i only live an hour and 30mins away from Moncton NB.Pretty sure it didn't snow for three weeks.Anyways just be wary and hopefully people get there packages like i did after a long wait.The driver asked me to give him a five star rating he got me my stuff so five stars to him but as for the company not so much.

If I could give them minus stars, I would. I was expecting packages, and they declared it couldn't be delivered because there was no safe place to put it. That was all lies as I was home all day, and they never even drove by.They tried to tell me maybe I could go pick it up. I told them shipping was for the item being delivered to my door not 2.5 hours away. They are probably owned by Trump, they are liars and possibly criminals.

Too bad there is no zero star. Worst delivery service Temu using. One sent back to seller, another dropped at wrong door. Two waiting in transit with no update. Only 4 times I got straightship and these are my experiences. Deserves minus star. Requested Temu not to send my packages by them but no use. 🙁🙁🙁🙁
