Great customer service.
Received my watch strap 3 days after ordering it! Unfortunately, the watch strap was the incorrect size so it not fit my watch! I contacted your company on Friday evening and received a quick response on Monday! The company issued me link in their email if I wanted to return or exchange the item which I appreciated, however wont be returning the watchsrtrap as I can give it to someone who can use it!
Thank you and hopefully I will use your company again soon!

Great value perfect fit
Branded replacement strap for my cheapie smart watch cost almost as much as the watch! Great to find this. Easily fitted. Perfect size. Great price & quick delivery, considering it came from Sweden.

How to change/amend an order immediately after paying?
Only ordered today, so haven't received my parcel yet. Website is good and ordering process is swift and easy. Although I couldn't find out where and who to reach out to when I wanted to make a quick change/addition to my purchase straight after ordering. I now have to potentially make a new seperate purchase again

I purchased the Leather Strap to replace a broken rubber band from the manufacturer. Simple response ... It is brilliant.. Easy to open and buckle closed, snug fit and extremely important The buckle and metal end pieces very well finished.. no skin irritation ..I had constant skin chapping and potential infection. Fitting was very easy.
One small glitch was on a failure to communicate on delivery

I received my order today
I received my order today. The strap is beautiful and very comfortable to wear. My only complaint is delivery took longer than expected. I am so pleased with this strap that I've ordered a 2nd one.
