Autographed Picture Delivered Great

It's the best! They protected the autographed picture with cardboard in a flat package as it got delivered to me.

Amazing for fans

Disappointed

I got a signed print for my partner’s birthday. He prefers not to have his name on signed things, so I didn’t include a name. I was expecting just a signature and maybe a quote from the character but instead it was a phrase that felt very tongue-in-cheek. Like it was mocking my partner for not wanting to include a name. Maybe the actress didn’t mean it that way. Maybe it was meant as an innocent joke with no ill will. But my partner and I are disappointed with what was supposed to be a special gift of his favorite character. It feels ruined and I don’t know what to do about it. I feel like I threw over $150 down the drain.

A+ Customer Service

There was an issue with my order where I got the wrong print, but Streamily not only corrected it to send me the thing I ordered, they also allowed me to keep the other print! Customer service was A+

You guys are very helpful and nice. But I would love to get more notifications for autographs. And I’m still waiting for my Jeremey Jordan Lucifer Morningstar autograph I ordered back in the Fall of 2025. I hope it arrives soon.

The customer service team tried to fix…

The customer service team tried to fix the issue of my emails going to spam. But the damage was done. I appreciate the care and speed once I was finally found, but I got vague, unknowing messages off and on that basically had a tone of me not caring if Nick Boraine took time with his family. Of course I understand that. I just wanted an update, especially when one was sent but not the other.

And I'm sorry to hear that the tone of the emails you received from us felt a little vague. I have been reading through them, and the message you received informing you that there was a slight delay with the talent returning the signed prints to us because they (most talent) take time off over Christmas and NYE, was in no way meant as an accusation. We always aim to be fully transparent in terms of letting our customers know what goes on behind the scenes, and this was purely an informative message so that we could give you an explanation for the delay. 

And apologies again for the early January email-issue! This was a tech issue that affected all customer correspondence unfortunately. But we are very happy this was resolved as soon as it was discovered. And we were able to update you and send you the Nick Boraine print which we were glad to hear you were very happy with!

My first experience review

It was a great experience regarding my first order on Streamily! Sure, it took a bit to arrive (especially with my birthday coming up) but it was all worth it! The fact that I managed to get myself a genuine and authentic print signed by one of my favorite voice actors just shows that Streamily is the real deal and by far in my opinion the best place to get autographed stuff from actors and others alike! I would rate my experience 5 stars for an excellent and trustworthy first time.

Well, one out of two shouldn't be bad but...

I wish I could give more stars than what I have done.
My initial contact with streamily was great! The support team twice over helped me amend the notes on my orders, to ensure the talent pronounced the names right on stream.
On the 12th of December I got a notification that my Zach Mendez order arrived at the warehouse. Several days later, another email stating my Nick Borraine one also arrived. Due to the busy winter period I understood it would take time, and was patient to wait.
Except then I got a notification that my order had shipped, except it only contained Nick's, the one that had arrived later.
It arrived yesterday, and I confirmed only Nick's arrived. Zach's is, presumably, still in the warehouse which I don't understand how this has occured. Unless a frame is still being sourced for it, the only other presumption I can make is that it's lost.
I contacted support when I first received work of my shipping but haven't received anything back yet, which is another surprise to me since the original contact I had with them before the signing at been speedy and positive.
Honestly I don't even necessarily need a refund. I know Zach is due to do another live stream so hopefully be order could be done again if it has been lost. I had also been excited for his next one, since more prints would be included, but I can't justify buying another when my first order with him just disappeared the moment it left his hands.

I should have done this last night but I was technically up far past my bedtime for work when everything resolved.

Streamily’s superb customer service shines once more due to a combination of their friendliness, efficiency and understanding. After I submitted some extra information, they were able to swiftly contact relevant departments to figure out what happened to my original Zach Mendez signature.

Unfortunately, it’s still somewhere out there, but I am extremely lucky as he is due for another stream on the 14th of February, so I will once again get another chance to receive my order once more. In my circumstances as I requested to change the print (hoping my best friend’s art work gets chosen by Zach to go on the shop for it is BEAUTIFUL, but if not fan art of my Rook and Lucanis), BL from Streamily Support credited the original funds I spent back in a voucher code, so I can order again.

I want to thank BL and Alex for investigating my ‘Case Of The Missing Print’ so thoroughly, easing my anxiety and replacing it instead with enthusiasm for the next stream session. So thank you very much!

We received your email yesterday (Sunday) when our helpdesk was closed, but we always respond within 24hrs (we operate PST hours) and will do so shortly!

I'm sorry to hear that you only received one of the two prints you ordered. Prints often ship separately (especially when they were signed by two different artists), but I will find out what happened and send you a response via email. 

Do not worry, you will absolutely receive your print. Most likely Zach's print was not ready for shipment yet. But I will know more soon.
