Good quality, but delivered slightly damaged
The equipment has a good quality. But in my experience the equipment was delivered a little bit damaged. I have bought a paralletes, that were scratched and two rubbers. The first one was good, but the second was somehow stuck together and there are spots on it + it's wrinkled.

ENTTÄUSCHUNG
Das Unternehmen warb online mit einer schnellen Lieferung von lediglich ein paar Tagen. Es sollte ein Geschenk werden und 3 Tage vor dem Geburtstag eintreffen. Ich bekam eine Sendungsnummer mit der ich das Paket allerdings nicht verfolgen konnte.
Ich kontaktierte die Firma per WhatsApp welche mir weiß machen wollte, dass das besagte Produkt ,,out of stock´´ wäre und dies ebenfalls auf der Website einsehbar gewesen wäre. Dies war nicht der Fall… Das Produkt war problemlos in den Warenkorb hinzuzufügen, da stellt sich mir die Frage, wenn das Produkt ausverkauft ist, wie ist es möglich den Kauf abzuwickeln ????
GANZE 5 TAGE später ( geburtstag ist längst gelaufen) bekomme ich eine gültige Sendungsverfolgungsnummer. Das Paket kam an und nach all der Tortur ist das Produkt völlig zerkratzt und instabil...

Items never shipped
I made the purchase more than 20 days ago and haven’t received anything, not even a tracking code. The product has been listed as available on the website the entire time, even after my purchase. The message I received said they would ship it once it’s back in stock, but so far, nothing. It seems they keep the product listed as available just so other people keep buying it. I’ve requested a cancellation and hope the refund will be processed without any issues.

Was soll ich sagen
Material ist schrecklich, Liegestütz mit dieser Weste unmöglich, bei streetgains bestellt die weste von Musclepower bekommen, für Klimmzüge dips und Kniebeugen o.k. Durch eine freundesempfehlung gekauft da ich genau seine weste wollte diese bestellt aber nie bekommen habe.

Vriendelijke en snelle levering. Bij de bestelling zat ook een briefje als bedankje. Dat maakt de bestelling vcompleet en geeft ook persoonlijk tintje aan je bestelling.

Stevig en zwaar product. 5/5
Snel verstuurd en netjes verpakt. Er zit een QR code bij waarmee je bij de montagehandleiding komt. Op zich straight forward: in elkaar zetten, gaten boren en ophangen. Maar houd er rekening mee dat je met zijn tweeën moet zijn hiervoor. Dat ding is best zwaar en moet natuurlijk waterpas en op hoogte hangen. Bevestigingsmateriaal is zeer deugdelijk, maar bevestig hem wel aan een stevige muur. Het is zeker zijn geld waard.

Weight vest 20kgr
The vest is very nice and well made!!!
Short enough not to limit your movement, soft on the shoulders and very comfortable, but i would prefer the shoulder straps to be a little more narrow, for extra mobility with overhead exercises.
I placed the order on 25th of February and received my package in Athens Greece, on 10th of March, which i believe is too long delivery time, especially with a transportation cost of 30 euros and delivery within Europe...!!! I think you should do something about this ... Concerning my overoll experience, i am very satisfied , very nice and polite responses and assistance. I will definetely buy again from your company and i hope that you will improve your delivery costs and timeframes.....

Duidelijke en snelle klantenservice
Na het bestellen van twee items ontving ik de melding dat één product niet op voorraad was en dat het andere spoedig geleverd zou worden.
Bij ontvangst van het eerste product bleek een onderdeel beschadigd te zijn. Dat kan gebeuren. Ik kreeg direct twee opties: een korting met een reparatiesetje of kosteloze retournering met vervanging. Ik koos voor de tweede optie en ontving meteen een gratis retourlabel. Het nieuwe onderdeel werd vervolgens snel naar mij verzonden.
De afhandeling was keurig en snel, ondanks dat het probleem buiten hun controle lag!
Wat betreft het tweede product, waarvan de voorraad op was, werd ik netjes op de hoogte gebracht. Ik kreeg de keuze tussen een alternatief of een kosteloze annulering. Na het vragen naar de verwachte levertijd kreeg ik – zelfs op een zondag – direct antwoord: ongeveer twee maanden. Uiteindelijk besloot ik daarop te wachten.
Kortom, een zeer nette, klantvriendelijke en efficiënte service!

Die Produkte sind gut aber der Versand dauert mindestens 1 1/2 - 2 Wochen dazu kommt dann noch die Lieferzeit.
Es ist im Shop nicht ersichtlich ob Produkte auf Lager sind und ich muss jedes mal nachfragen (meist nach über einer Woche) um zu erfahren das einige Produkte nicht auf Lager sind und der dann genannte Termin wurde dieses Mal auch wieder nicht eingehalten. Es wäre schön informiert zu werden wenn sich etwas verzögert bzw. beim Kauf zu sehen das etwas nicht vorrätig ist.
