Yes it was a good experience.

Great experience- beat the local shops on cost, and receiving and core return were a breeze.

Fast delivery. Transmission was as ordered and functioned perfectly.

Excellent customer service. Fast delivery.

Even though there were issues with the first transmission purchased, Street Smart was very active and helpful to rush out another Transmission to replace it very quickly. I have been very pleased with the mechanical and performance of the new transmission, even in comparison to the factory. Only recent issues, seals are starting to leak

We had an excellent experience with Street Smart Transmissions. Although there was an initial misunderstanding regarding the delivery date, they ensured that the transmission was delivered on time. Their team was consistently responsive, answering calls promptly and addressing all of our questions. We are very satisfied with the quality of the transmission, and the entire process was handled efficiently and professionally. We would confidently recommend Smart Street Transmissions to others.

This was an overall good experience with this company. I ordered it and a day later I had it shipped to my shop and ready to go. It is good quality parts and the instructions were good as well. My only complaint was I made a call into their number and talked to a lady and she was rude and not understanding what I was asking.

Does not carry a common Ford Focus DCT Transmission 2012-2018

The rebuilt transmission arrived much faster than I thought it would.
After my shop installed the transmission. I drove it for a while. It works as good as the old one did when it was new. Very pleased with it.
They were punctual and picked up the core within a day of letting them know it was ready. Customer service gets an A++

Streetsmart makes the entire process easy, shipping is fast, support if needed is great, Core return easy.

First of all your group was very responsive to my order request. In no time I received word that the transmission was shipped and received within a week. I was very gratefull that there was no upfront core charge !! After installation I received paperwork for core return, the truck was there the next day and it was all done. By the way, your warranty was really good!! Thanks for your efforts...

I called and when I spoke to the lady on the other in of the phone I was impressed at the level of knowledge she had and was actually the easiest purchase on a transmission I have ever had and I have been a mechanic for 39 years.
The Transmission arrived fast and looked awesome better than new.
Have used it for a month zero issues and zero leaks shifts smooth as butter.
Could not ask for better performance
Will guarantee if I need another they are my first choice and call.

Top notch sales and customer service team would absolutely do business with them again if the need arises

Phenomenal company and service from the quote to the core return. They have the best warranty around!!!
I definitely recommend them.
Best of all I didn't have to hear I told you so or that's all on you from my Husband.lol

Transmission was fast and convenient. Saved me money and worked well with my local shop. If your shop refuses to use a street smart Transmission...take it someplace else!

Easy to order with good communication. Quick shipping and best warranty that I could find.

The customer service has been excelent on every encounter experienced, since the order was placed, to the delivery of the Transmission. Online and Direct/Phone communication, Great. No setbacks or disappointments. Detailed information performed as described.

Street Smart is awesome. I bought a transmission for my granddaughters car at a good price. They didn't stop there... they included so many extras that was needed. They shipped it to the shop and then came and picked up the old one ( core). I also got a 5 year warranty. If you are needing something you better check em out!! Thank you Street Smart
