Street Smart® Transmission Avaliações

Called with my vin number and was given a quote for my 2002 Dodge Ram 3500 dually.
Quick shipping and was very satisfied. Called for the core pickup, given the information and printed it out. Pick up was handled professionally. A+++ to deal with.

Almost perfect, great website (good info) super easy to order and a fair price, thank you. Transmission has been driving around just fine so far (200+ miles). Core Pickup was perfect and super easy. My 4 out of 5 stars is only because I thought once I ordered it would ship within a day or two. It took 3 weeks to arrive, which is ok in my case because I have other cars to drive thankfully. I think it should be info you get before you place the order not after. I will buy here again if the need ever comes up again. Thank you Street Smart

Price, convient, and professional!

Fast shipping, easy to unpack and repack core. Fair price.

Working with Nancy was a great experience. She was upfront and honest, and everything she said would happen did. We had the transmission shipped to a local shop, and it was installed within 2 days, and the core was shipped back. I would highly recommend Street Smart!

GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. MADE IT SIMPLE, FAST, STRESS FREE. THE ORDER WAS CORRECT AND ARRIVED SUPER FAST.

Easy process, quick shipping!

The ordering process was seamless. The delivery was quicker than expected. The only issue with the delivery was that the delivery driver attempted to charge $100 for taking the transmission off of the truck even though it had a lift gate. I am not sure if that was on the delivery company or not. The pick up of the core was seamless as well

I drive for a living. So speedy service was part of my concern. They were so helpful when they explained how it all would work. They had my transmission at the shop in record time! It allowed the mechanic to get me my van back in 5 days from dropping it off after business days. So, it wasn't even 5 full business days!

This is the 2nd time I have needed their services. Checked on line and they showed they had 1 in stock. Called and they verified they had it on the shelf, ordered it over the phone. It was delivered quickly. I didn't get an email or any thing when it was shipped, but my mechanic had it before the estimated ship date. Core pick-up was super easy to schedule.

Quick shipping,,pre programmed & got the fluid with it...reset shift adapts & it worked great right out of the box.

Service was outstanding and the transmission worked flawlessly

Nicest people I have ever dealt with and top quality service and parts

The price was competitive. The transmission was correct. The toque converter was installed into the front pump then held in place. How many engines and transmissions have been damaged from that mistake? When I called the help line they answered my questions correctly. My core was just picked up as promised.

Great communications with this company. They kept me well informed. Nancy is the lady I dealt with. Nancy was professional and very knowledgeable. Delivery and pickup was on time. I'm satisfied with the price I paid. Ken

This company helped me save money and allowed me to also get a 3 year warranty for less than was available at the repair shop. Delivery of transmission and core pickup to the repair shop was timely and well communicated. Thanks Street Smart and also Apremier Auto Shops for a less costly option on a typically expensive and stressful adventure.

They were fast and reliable. I couldn’t have asked for a better response. Thanks again!

Imagine my dismay when I learned that the camper van I just bought needed a new transmission. Ugh. Thankfully, the team at Street Smart made the process super easy! Quick free shipping meant that my mechanic could get started almost immediately & I saved hundreds. Returning the core was just as easy & also free! I won't hesitate to refer family & friends to Street Smart!

So far so good. About 1 month of use and everything is good. Excellent customer service! It arrived in a couple of days. Estimate was 7 days. I had a couple of questions and customer service took excellent care of me.

My shop in San Antonio Texas relies on Street Smart Transmission for quality parts and on-time delivery systems that allow our business to fulfill our commitments with customers.
