I recently attended a stretch class for hips and back and had postive experience. Blu was friendly and welcoming, creating a comfortable atmosphere right from the start. She provided clear guidance throughout the class, ensuring everyone was
performing the stretches safely and
effectively. I especially appreciated how she offered alternatives for those
with injuries or varying levels of flexibility, making it a truly inclusive
experience and helped me feel
confident and supported. Would definitely recommend.

Having taken a couple of classes, I have seen my back pain improved, not having to take as many pain killers as before. The class is intense but so worth it and you do feel better afterwards. Looking forward to my next session. You should definitely try this class and see what benefits it can do for you.

I had a great experience at stretch and flex, good combination of a workout and stretch allowing me to not only stretch but strengthen my muscles. I’d go again.

I love stretch and flex classes. I have done the hip opening class twice now and I really do feel great! Started to incorporate some of the exercises in my usual workout routine so I can continue with my progress. It’s hard work, but totally worth it! I’ll be back again for sure!

I fell seriously ill with the flu and tried to get rescheduled session or an online link to attend virtually, Blu refused as per her T&C, no problem. When I told madam ok I will attend with my sick self (cause I couldn’t afford to lose my money) she told me she is not agreeing for me to attend and “sorry you cannot attend” she went as far as telling/threaten that she will inform reception I intended to attend!! I was way too ill for any confrontation or altercation so I stayed my sick self at home.
What I did do was raised a dispute with my bank because ain’t NOBODY gonna scam me on the internet!!! She told me I couldn’t attend and didn’t want to reschedule my class! Her T&C clearly states that if she cancels the client can request a refund or reschedule a class.
It’s crazy that people will start up businesses and think everyone is trying to play with them. £22 is an actual gym membership per month, appreciate each client as human, life happens. What you are not allowed to do is take clients hard earned money and not provide some sort of service! On top of that my girl posted on her instagram page that I can keep my £22 yet she is challenging my dispute - Make up your mind!!

I will take this case to the ombudsman if I have to because there is NOOooo WAAAayyy!!! You chose the wrong one this time Blu, I will not be fleeced!!!

Trying to get my review taken down yesterday is “wild!!” I did not defame you I told the truth and Trust Pilot agreed that my review was not defamatory.

No lies told here Blu! I did not criticise your class because I enjoyed every last minute of the first session. However, you need to stick to all your T&Cs not just the parts that profits you. BTW I know the bank gave you my payment and also repaid me as well. I have the option to go to the ombudsman to get clarification on your actions. As you still feel you are in the right here maybe I will get that legal position you need moving forward.☺️😊

Very helpful, fun experience. My body felt great the next day. Teacher was very polite, very welcoming and friendly. Had an amazing experience and will definitely be booking again.

Was a good experience, instructions clear, good music and knowledgeable instructor.

For beginners the moves could be a bit easier.

Such a great hip opening class, pushes you to your limits. It was hard as a beginner but I feel amazing after and I’ve learnt so much in the space of an hour. Blu was so amazing and super welcoming! Thanks Blu for hosting a great class! Deffo coming back 🫶🏽✨

Done my first session with Blu yesterday. Better than what I expected, loved the energy and vibe. I’m looking forward to continuing this long term and achieving some goals.

I've had 3 PT sessions with Blu and have more booked. Blue has an infectious energy and bubbly personality. She takes the time to make me feel comfortable and at ease, which really helped put my anxiety at bay.
Her personalised adjustments and encouraging words make a huge difference, helping me improve my flexibility and feel more at ease in my body.
If you are looking for PT or a class that's both fun and effective, then Blu is the right person. I have felt my body and joints feel so much better. Blu has a real gift for making stretching and mobility enjoyable and accessible for everyone. I highly recommend her!
