I don't even want to give a star,the manager Tyler explained 8 sessions for 440 dollars. Then I ask him can I spread the sessions out in a couple of months. He said know problem. I used 3 out of the eight went out of town for weeks and my wife said our credit card was hit 3 times from stretch zone. I called them and they said I signed the monthly agreement. I said I signed forms about getting hurt and I can't sue them. I seen alot of reviews with Tyler's name doing this to people. The stretch zone is in Crofton MD. BAD BAD BUSSINESS,I'M RETIRED ON A FIX BUDGET. WHO IN THE HELL CAN PAY 440 A MONTH. NOT I,I WOULD NOT GO TO THIS BRENCH AT ALL.

I cancelled my Stretch Zone Draper membership about a week before my next billing date, but I was still charged. When I contacted them, I was told that their policy requires 30 days’ notice and that the charge would not be refunded.

I strongly recommend that anyone considering a membership ask for the cancellation policy in writing and read the agreement very carefully before signing. I did not expect to be charged again after requesting cancellation, and the way this was handled was very disappointing.

I have disputed the charge with my credit card company. Sharing this so others are aware and can avoid the same surprise.

Incredible experience, start to finish. Easy to book in NY and Fla. Great team. Left feeling stronger and taller.

I signed up for 4 sessions and after only 3 they had already charged my card for another 4. They told me I signed a contract for a year and that is not what I was told at my first session. I thought it was to see if I liked it and then make a decision. I only did 3 sessions and did not want to continue, they refused my refund and I had to call the police for a case number and got a lawyer, my money was refunded for the sessions I never agreed to nor ever used. What a scam! Meanwhile the girl who stretched me talked the whole time and I never got to enjoy the stretch because she used me as a therapist, wouldnt shut up about her drug addiction and recovery. It was a nightmare.

I went in for a free session. I will definitely be returning! I have been feeling my age almost 60 and just feeling stiffer when going from sitting to standing. Once I get up and moving I am okay. I know ROM works with clients so I knew this would be good. Noticed right afterwards I got off their table much easier and out of the car with no problem when normally I need a minute to stand before I start moving. Hoping effects last until I go in for my next session in a few days. Office is clean and comfortable, Laura was great the movements are stretchy but not painful. Pricing is about 50 dollars a session, they recommend once a week for 2 months for best results. But you can schedule yourself when you like. No time limit on using the days. Or, drop in price was around 89.00 each. The only thing I don't like is the subscription renews monthly which does not work for me months not in town, as we are snowbirds. A certain amount of sessions per price would work better for me. But they said I can cancel it so no extra charges, which is what I will do and go when I can more regularly when we return. And they said that other family members can go in place of myself if I want. Glad I went in this was the right amount of physical mechanics and stretching movements. They do all the movements all you do is relax! Looking forward to returning to continue with this as surprisingly I have already noticed the difference in my joints after 1 session.

I was skeptical at first thinking I could easily stretch myself at home BUT, Celeste at Murfreesboro Stretch Zone has been a true God-Send! I have trouble going up and down stairs with my knees and pain in my joints and muscles. She works her magic every time I go and I feel like a new women. She said they like for you to try different therapists but I am reluctant to try anyone else because she is that good! I highly recommend Stretch zone based on my experience with Celeste Coe @ Murfreesboro Stretch Zone, Fortress Blvd!

I had a free session at stretch zone on highland road! Brittany and asia was very polite and made my sessions comfortable! They explained everything. The session left me leaving a happy customer!

north myrtle beach location. you will get a sales pitch in a overcrowed room with lots of noise. once they have your credit card you will be charged even if you have 0 from them. cancel the card is the only way to stop. they took 600.00 from us. cancel-forget it-everything is elactronic no paper trail. this is their method!

I was a member since September 2025. Right now (July 2026), I decided to take a break from the service. I enjoyed the stretches and was satisfied with two per week. I enjoyed one particular technician and would book with her through the app. A couple of times, she was not there upon the booking, and one time, the place was closed after I booked an appointment. They still counted that as a session. I also earned enough points for two free sessions. They are gone since I won't renew right now.

North Myrtle Beach Stretch Zone is not to be trusted. They repast charged my card for services I did not ask for. When I disputed and won the case with my CC company they then took away sessions that I paid for.

The NE Portland branch advertised in June & July 2026 for a 5 session deal. I paid for it. Then they ghosted me in July. No replies to my emails, phone calls and no contact on the website. When I went to the storefront to check - they're closed. I left a written message at the storefront and still no reply. So it seems I lost my money. Its a scam.

Be very careful with Stretch Zone, especially the location in Aventura, FL. I signed up for a four session package, which I was sold as one package of four visits. After my last session I told them that I was not going to sign up for any more. I didn't notice but they kept billing my credit for $220.00 per month. I finally noticed it after 4 months. I contact them to stop the billing and refund my $880.00. They told me that I signed up for a monthly plan which I didn't or had no idea it was monthly. They reluctantly agreed to cancel me but refused to refund the $880.00. This place is worse than the gym memberships and much more expensive.

If I could rate them less than 1 I would. My husband was injured there overstretched and they do not care. All they care about is their money. They lie, steal and are unethical. Stay away.

You must understand with these franchises even an expert (like a licensed PT, ATC or DC) began the business its tough to be profitable paying experts in individual stores.

This pertains to all business. They have to prioritize processes and profit above excellence. I have been a GM in high end retail commission sales and I turned down a district manager role in a major city with the Stretch zone in 2025 due to my personal review of their studios, reviews, and largely underqualified staff (many were just 20 year old current college students). Heck at that rate why dont you hire my daughter whose in a kinesiology college program currently. As a graduate trained clinical exercise physiologist I would have felt a huge conflict of professional interest to treat the job mostly as branding, marketing, and sales above skill and precision to improve health.

And then having top down sales oppression from above will ruin most peoples health. Obviously these clients need to hire a private PT, ATC, DC to get professional exam and treatment. Perhaps some personal trainers with excellent musculoskeletal exam and treatment background can be top quality stretching therapists but outsourcing it to franchises looks desperate.

Whats next exercise science graduates or current students being allowed to prescribe peptides, LOL

But owners are desperate want a business for themselves. They may want to require all owners are licensed physical medicine providers and never allow business people to just keep owning business.

This place is a joke. The people are trained for about a few hours and tell you that they are experts. RUN AWAY.
Not one word they tell you is truthful. Once they get your credit card they continue to charge you.
These franchises are solely for the owners benefit.

Some should shut them down!!! They basically put me in the hospital because of lack of any knowledge.

I would stay away, I wish did!! Their service is OK but I have done better stretching on my own. They make it difficult to cancel & when I finally canceled they told me I had to give them 1 months notice & that they are going to bill me for 4 more sessions that I am not going to use. My credit card expired so they could not bill me & have hassled me to update it which I did not. Now they have some debt collector hassling me for $240.00 & is telling me there are now late fees. He texts me 3-4 time a day & it is getting aggravating.

Mixed experience that ended badly. The technicians themselves were good — no complaints about the actual stretching sessions.

My issue is with management. I signed up for a package after one visit, then had to travel overseas. I called ahead and the manager confirmed my package would be extended until end of May. When I returned, I called to book and a staff member took my reservation for two 30-minute sessions. She acknowledged she was aware of my situation and confirmed everything was fine.

Then, just before my appointment, the manager called to say he wouldn't honor it — claiming the package was expired. The same extension he had previously approved.

If a manager gives you his word and his own staff confirms a booking on that basis, you honor it. Going back on that is not just poor service, it's a breach of trust. Would not recommend based on this experience.

As a corporate entity that promotes wellness, the policies and actions when people have been hurt do not support that. In addition note that people who work for them only are "required" to have 2 weeks of "training" to work there.

BEWARE! Once they get your credit card number they won't stop the monthly charges. They send you papers to fill out to sign to stop. I have to cancel my credit card and got a new credit card number.
