Hände weg!!! Ich warte seid 1 Jahr auf die Rückerstattung und werde immer wieder vertröstet, das es überprüft werden muss. Qualität der Schuhe war nicht gut, deshalb Retour. Bis ich überhaupt bis dahin kam, war schon die reinste Zumutung und auf einmal sollten Kosten anfallen, obwohl Rücksendung gleich innerhalb von 3 Tagen meinerseits erfolgen sollte. Dann ewig keine Rückmeldung das Retour angekommen ist, seitdem erhalte ich bei Nachfrage immer wieder dieselbe Aussage, das die Rückerstattung geprüft wird. Selbst Paypal könnte mir angeblich nicht weiterhelfen, da überall nur noch KI gesteuerte Chatbots antworten. Nichts bei Stridepure bestellen! Absolute Abzocke und Betrug. Das Bild was bei Insta von Stridepure gezeigt wird, ist absoluter Fake und täuscht bewusst den Kunden, da man denkt, es ist ein seriöses Unternehmen.

Retour Adresse, gibt es erst nach ewigen Verhandlungen. Dann wird nicht der volle Betrag erstattet, wegen Bearbeitungsgebühr, was nirgends für den Kunden, ersichtlich aufgeführt ist,. HÄNDE WEG

Absolutely awful company. Shoes were not at all how described. Shoddy cheap material and one too small, one too large. I asked to return them last MAY!!! It took a while to get an address to return shoes, and at least 10 emails chasing refund. Was offered £15 (cost of shoes over £60) and that was after rejecdting previous offers. It has never arrived. There is always a reason for not refunding - such as I hadn't accepted their offer. I HAVE NEVER GOT A REFUND OF ANY DESCRIPTION
Please don't buy from these people. You are only throwing money away.

Die S3 Schuhe welche ich bestellt habe sind zwar sehr bequem aber definitiv nicht S3! Die Sohle ist nicht durchtrittsicher, die Schutzkappe ist verformt und das Schuhmaterial hat ein Loch - nach einer Woche tragen ohne dass etwas darauf gefallen oder drüber gefahren wäre.
Eine Rechnung wurde ohne MwSt. über 73¥ ausgestellt obwohl ich 73€ gezahlt hatte. 73¥ entsprechen aber 0,40€. Merkste selbst. Auf weitere Nachfragen meinerseits bekam ich keine Antwort mehr.
Die Website hat außerdem kein Impressum.
Übelste Abzocke, würde am liebsten null Sterne geben.

Scam company. Not leather. Cheap nasty shoes. Not what you see in the photo. They tried to talk me into keeping the shoes, offered only a partial refund when I said no, then when I sent them back they ignored me. Ended up getting money refunded from my credit card. Took over 6 months and a lot of stress to get sorted.
They also didn't publish my review on their own website. AVOID!

Leider zu spät die vielen negativen Bewertungen gelesen. Schuhe kamen endlich nach 14 Tagen an. Größe 42 viel wie 37 aus, China Schuhe. Retoure nur Probleme, erst keine Rücksendeadresse erhalten, dann nach unendlich vielen Mails eine Adresse bekommen, auf eigene Kosten zurück gesendet. Dann kam die Dreistigkeit mir 30 Euro anzubieten statt 45 Euro Warenwert. Die Rücksendung war ja schon knapp 8 Euro (,mit Rückseneschein).
Wirklich frech und unverschämt. Und dann wird mit einfacher Rücksendung geworben. Ich habe bis heute kein Geld gesehen.

Absoluter Mist, Ware kommt nicht aus Deutschland, sondern aus China. Unbequem und stinken nach Chemie. Nach Email Kontakt, mit der bitte um Retourenschein, ach behalten sie sie doch, bestimmt 5 mal ging das hin und her. Dann kam, ja schicken Sie die Schuhe zurück, kostet aber. Habe die Schuhe zurück gesandt an die angegebene Adresse auf der Homepage, ist heute zurück gekommen. Adressant an dieser Adresse nicht ermittelbar. Die Adresse in Osnabrück ist eine Fake Adresse. Passt bloß auf, bloß nicht dort bestellen. Euer Geld seht Ihr nie wieder. PayPal interessiert das nicht, schon versucht.

The shoes I bought didn't fit, I had to send them back at my own expense. They took £10 off my refund for processing and despite several emails I have been waiting since July for a refund which still hasn't arrived.
This is disgusting and I suggest no-one purchases from this company.

Die Hose war mindestens 4 Nummern zu klein.

Funnily enough I can not leave a review on their website as my “Token’ to do so has expired.

I bought two pairs of shoes in July and as of today still no refund even though I paid £70.98 they only offered me a £55 refund anyway (I questioned this but to no avail) I also had to pay for guaranteed delivery as I had a feeling they would say they never got it! In fact today the reply email just said Hi, they have absolutely no intention of refunding me.

The shoes were too big but besides that they were cheap crap that I have since found available from Shein! They have their goods returned in re-sellable condition but after regular chasing from me they still have my money.

I ordered Winter Orthopedic slippers in July. Returned them immediately as I was not suited with them. Customer service is very poor, took 2 emails before I got address to send. Asked for refund and was offered £25 when I paid £38.38. Paid to post them back and STILL NOT RECEIVED MY REFUND. Please do not buy from this company, communication is dreadful.

Das ist eine Betrüger Firma,werben mit Rückgaberecht und machen es nicht.
Die Schuhe musste ich auf eigene Kosten zurück schicken und Geld hab ich nicht zurück bekommen.
Sie vertrösten einen mit ausreden schicken aber kein Geld.Diese Aktion läuft seit Mitte Juli und sie zahlen nix zurück.
Denen müsste der laden zu gemacht werden.

seit 4 tagen diskussion mit support da sie 15€ bearbeitungsgebühren abziehen wollen ich es aber nicht einsehe da in deren agbs nichts davon steht. stridepure wiederholt sich einfach nur mehr nicht. alles betrüger dort

The company is indeed awful, unlawful and will not refund money. The contents of their website are completely false. However, eventually they did give me an address to return goods to (in Luton) and I did so with a Royal Mail tracking / signature number. As a previous reviewer says they try to stall and give all sorts of reasons why they will not refund total amount. According to the Consumer Rights Act 2015 - I gave them 14 days to fully refund. I then went to my credit card company, raised a dispute with them, and they refunded my money in full. The issue is now between the credit card company and StridePure. I have my money.

Do not order shoes from this company. It took me ages to get an address to return them to as they were too big for me. It then took 2 months to obtain a refund which was only 75% of full value. Awful company located overseas that has dreadful customer service.

Further to my review dated 6th September, I would like to Further add that having rejected a refund of £15 for a product that cost me £42.99,I insisted that I would accept nothing less than a full refund. After numerous emails they eventually stated that they would give a full refund. I returned the package to the address they provided with a royal mail tracking number. Royal mail confirmed to me that the package was successfully returned. This shoddy , lying, scamming company refused to accept that the package was returned and insisted I supply them with the tracking reference. Reluctantly I provided this knowing full well it was another stalling tactic. They have my package now and surprise surprise over 2 weeks later no refund. This company are complete fraudsters and scammers so please don't make the same mistake as me. NEVER PURCHASE FROM THEM. Trading standards should investigate these fraudsters and prevent them from using platforms to sell their rubbish to rip people off.

China Mist, stellen erst bei nachhaken eine Rechnung aus und dann noch ohne ausgewiesene MwSt, ohne Begründung warum MwSt befreit. Ist alles so nicht rechtens. Bei China Mist gelten wahrscheinlich andere Gesetze wie für Deutsche Unternehmen.

Das sind schlimme Betrüger.
Es ist billigste China Ware die nicht zurück genommen wird und auch keine Erstattung trotz Rücksendung erfolgt.
Was ich gar nicht verstehe ist das Pay Pal den Fall zu deren Gunsten entschieden hat???? Ich habe diese Billigschuhe auf meine Kosten zurück geschickt musste für neue Verpackung sorgen weil DHL kein Plastik annimmt und habe nichts bekommen!Warum dürfen solche Firmen weiterhin unbehelligt Ihre Billigware verkaufen und man guckt als Betrogener in die Röhre ?

I am reporting this to the police as they take the returned goods no refund - time uk government and google stopped allowing these companies to register and sell fake goods at uk prices.

The leather is soft and flexible, they fit perfectly, and the orthopedic support makes walking more comfortable, and the quality feels excellent. This has been one of the best online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Worth recommending.
