Scammers placed order no item received not contactable by phone and no response to my 3 email!

I placed an order via Ebay for a Weighing net to this Company. Having attempted to call their mobile which is switched off, several emails sent and no reply I am now having to go through Ebay to get my money back. The Company is run by a foreign woman and the Unit which they are supposed to work from appears to be empty.

Pi placed my order on 15 th October i emailed them4/5 times never got a response by phone or email tried calling them on the mobile number i found on their website no one ever answered tried for days lease before you place a order look up the building address on Google street view and look for a land line phone number you will not find one I placed a order in October a have just received a refund from my bank they never answer a mobile phone number or reply to any emails the website will catch you out as it did me tight lines & stay safe

This company is failing to respond to our e mails has not supplied the goods or made any effort to give us an update. Have got Paypal involved to try and recover my £200. Would strongly suggest you avoid this supplier at all costs

I recently bought a new feeder rod from them price was great and delivery was quick.
I will also purchase a few other bits I need

***WARNING*** do not use this company. Took my money, no parcel received, no communication, no response from email, no telephone number. Now it’s up to me to get money back from bank!!!

Stay well away .dont get items.wont answer emails.no phone number to contact them..got to go through paypal for refund.

Placed an order late October with 6 day delivery received nothing. Emailed after 14 days ignored had to contact the bank to do a chargeback
Thick scrotes shouldn't even be part of the angling community

3 weeks after order still no item , I did get one reply from various messages sent via after messaging them on their ebay company all-for-fishing but nothing again since . Will now have too look at getting my money back through credit card AVOID

Awful company, over 10 days and still hadn’t received goods. Emailed them 3 times over 3 days and no reply. Had to go through my bank to get a refund. AVOID!!

Cheap, prompt service….. absolutely no issues.

The worst company I have had the misfortune to deal with! I have been trying to return an item for sometime now and tried ringing the number on the website wich just rings and rings with no answer also I have had 1 reply to my 4 or 5 emails asking them how to go about returning the item. No confidence in this company at all and will steer well clear in future!

First of all made a order on line 2/4 day delivery. It was for my grandsons birthday so 4 days went by no sign of my order. Sent emails and phoned on several occasions still couldn’t get anyone to respond. Sent them another email to cancel order and refund my money. 10 days later my order turn up. When I’d already cancelled with no response again. Sent email for a return document still had no response after 17 days and still waiting to make refund.

Very quick service

Their poducts are good value and free delivery over £15 is the best I know in the Fishing Tackle Business which is great especially as the products are not marked up to compensate (as on ebay or amazon for instance). Unfortunately, they are very late answering emails and they never answer the phone which is very annoying and frustrating. I'm sure they will lose business because of that. I have already had to go elsewhere for some items. There turnaround time is excellent. Hahaha maybe it is because they don't answer the phone. Maybe a little compromise might be good.
