I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Strong key solutions. As a candidate seeking opportunities through their services, I expected a certain level of professionalism and organization, but unfortunately, this was not the case.
From the very beginning, the communication was a disaster. I was told to expect an email with detailed information about the role and interview process, but it either arrived late or not at all.
The interview scheduling was another nightmare. I was waiting for over 45 Minutes to even have my interview. On one occasion, I even showed up for an interview only to be told that it had been on monday. This level of disorganization is unacceptable and shows a blatant disregard for candidates' time and effort.
Furthermore, the information provided about the job roles was often incomplete or incorrect. Important details such as job responsibilities, compensation, and company background were either missing or miscommunicated. This left me feeling unprepared and frustrated during interviews, which undoubtedly impacted my performance.
During my second interview I showed up on time to unexpectedly find out I had to travel with a sales representative on a 50 minute train ride with no funds this got me in a panic and feeling humiliated when I had to ask my parents for finance for travel as I was desperate for this job role
Overall, my experience with Strong key solutions has been incredibly disappointing. Their poor organization and lack of effective communication demonstrate a lack of respect for their candidates. I would not recommend their services to anyone looking for a reliable and professional sales/marketing agency.
