Never buy from Stuburt I got a pair of shoes studs were faulty so they sent me another set which turned up just as faulty
When I said I want a new pair they refused and said it's not Thier problem

Hello Ian,
Unfortunately as advised on numerous occasions to honour the 12 month warranty we would require a proof of purchase to confirm the date the shoes were purchased to confirm that they are indeed within the 12 month warranty period. Without this we are unable to confirm whether the shoes are actually within the 12 month warranty period as this runs from the date of purchase.
For clarity we have never said to you that it is not our problem.
As your initial query related to the spikes on the shoes we sent you a full set as a goodwill gesture due to you not having a proof of purchase. The spikes provided as advised were from a different batch than the ones supplied with the shoes.
We are willing to provide you with another set of spikes as a goodwill gesture but you requested a new pair of shoes.
Unfortunately as the shoes were not purchased via our website we are unable to verify the purchase date. Therefore you would need to contact the retailer where the shoes were purchased from to obtain either a proof of purchase confirming the shoes are still within warranty or issue a replacement pair of shoes.
We are sorry that you are not happy with the response you have received but it is standard practice for proof of purchase to be provided to confirm the validity of any warranty.

Both items arrived quickly but one of the items was the wrong size. I had ordered a L and an XL top was sent. A little annoying to have to send it back, get a free postage code and then buy the item again. It all worked out smoothly though and a new top was sent and my refund was processed too.
