Do not trust the "Free Trial" advertised by Creative Fabrica or STUDIO AI which are the same company. They use highly deceptive dark patterns to trick you. There is no clear refund or cancellation policy on their website, and once you log into your dashboard, they completely hide the cancellation button so you cannot opt-out manually.

Worse, the moment you sign up for the "free trial," they hit your card with an immediate charge. If you email support, their automated system will instantly send a generic denial claiming you don't qualify for a refund due to "usage" or the "timeframe of cancellation"—even if you literally signed up less than 24 hours ago.

HOW TO FORCE A REFUND:

Do not accept their automated rejection. They are banking on you giving up. Since they are headquartered in Amsterdam, Netherlands, they are legally bound by strict regulations.Reply to their denial email immediately, demand a human escalation, and copy/paste these points:

Challenge the "Usage" excuse: State that using a product during an advertised "free trial" is the entire purpose of a trial, and using it cannot be used as a ground to deny a refund.

You can copy paste their nonensical reply onto chat gpt and ask it to help you write an email, just dont forget to ask it to mention the european laws they are bound to.

Scam. 30 day free trial is not a free trial, they will charge you immediately.

They scammed me £71. I was supposed to get a free trial, but they automatically charged me £71 for no reason. I've seen a lot of other negative reviews and I cannot agree more with them.

It's a complete scam. I just wanted a 30 day free trial to test out a music making ai. It was very bad by the way. As soon as I entered my details for the trial I was charged 0.00 as per usual with trials... 2 minutes later I was charged £71.86 . Luckily I had no money on the account at the time but others would not be as fortunate. I was never notified of any charge over 0.00 and never re - entered my details. Currently I still haven't found a way to cancel the subscription. Just don't use this crap it is not worth your time. Not for the money or actual services which are shit.

This company is a scam who don't pay any attention to complaints.
I signed up for a free trial.
"Free for a month"; "Nothing more to pay"; "All Access". I clicked on this and signed up. As occurs with most timed trials, I gave PayPal account details to use after the trial ends.
I asked it to make a 15 second video. It was a good video to be fair.
A couple of hours later, my PayPal notified me that I'd been charged US$65. I figured it was a simple mistake so went to the Creative Fabrica help page and chose "request a refund". There's a notice there that assured me the easiest way to get a refund was to email them, so I did.
Within 10 minutes they'd replied that no refund would be provided.
So I disputed the charge with PayPal.
PayPal told me that Creative Fabrica declined the refund. No reason given.
I'm escalating with PayPal but the whole thing is just wrong. At no point before being charged was I informed the charge was coming: I was on a free trial.

It's a scam. The trial page explicitly stated I would not be charged, yet an attempt was made to take money from my account without my permission.
I requested a full refund but so they have not responded so far.

I want to warn other users about my experience with the Creative Fabrica Studio AI free trial.
Two days ago, I started the free trial because the conditions shown before subscribing clearly stated that the trial would last 30 days and that payment would only begin one month later or after using all AI coins.
However, I was charged for the full annual subscription only two days after starting the free trial.
Later, I discovered an additional condition hidden inside another subscription agreement page stating that payment may also begin after 10 downloads. This condition was NOT clearly shown in the original offer before subscribing.
This feels extremely misleading because the first thing any user naturally does during a free trial is download content to test the platform and decide whether they want to continue paying.
On top of that, I tried to cancel the subscription following the instructions from their own help center, but the cancellation button was missing from my account.
After researching online, I found many other users reporting the exact same issue.
Please be very careful before starting the free trial and make sure to read all hidden conditions before downloading any content.

Hace dos días empecé la free trial porque las condiciones que aparecían antes de suscribirme decían claramente que la prueba duraba 30 días y que el cobro se realizaría un mes después de comenzar la prueba o al gastar todas las AI coins.
Sin embargo, me cobraron la suscripción anual completa solo dos días después de empezar la prueba gratuita.
Después descubrí que existe una condición adicional escondida en otra página de términos donde indican que el cobro también puede activarse después de 10 descargas, algo que NO aparecía claramente en las condiciones mostradas antes de suscribirme.
Esto me parece muy engañoso, porque lo primero que hace cualquier usuario durante una prueba gratuita es descargar contenido para probar la plataforma y decidir si quiere continuar pagando.
Además, intenté cancelar la suscripción siguiendo las instrucciones de su propia página de ayuda, pero el botón de cancelación no aparecía en mi cuenta.
He descubierto que muchas otras personas han tenido exactamente el mismo problema.

They make you sign up to ' free trial ' - then after filling out details for your first video, demand £70 to ' fix the error ' - complete bs. AVOID

DO NOT USE THEIR FREE TRIAL. -SCAM
They will charge you the full amont without your consent within minutes of their "free trial". You will receive an email with 0.00$ charge and right below that, a full amount charged until canceled ! Impossible to get a refund for a subscription I have not signed for. Their support will keep you in a neverending loop. Stating you can cancel on the billing page, where there is NO cancel option.
They will charge you forever. Read other reviews.

Scam, tried to take £56 out of the blue, luckily the card details were for a card I cancelled due to another scam. Based in the USA, not a lot you can do other than cancel any cards registered with them. Utterly disgusting.

SCAM!!!! Tried to use free trial and they tried to charge me multiple times. Also they do not let you cancel right away. Avoid this site at all costs

SCAM! They tell you it is an annual free trial then they charge you close to $60USD. As a pre-approved payment. I am so angry as they are using deceptive dark patterns to trick you into giving them your card details. Did it through paypal and hopefully I get a refund soon. DO NOT TRUST THIS SITE!!!

Be very careful with Studio AI / Creative Fabrica. I signed up thinking it was a free trial, and I was charged €72.45 almost immediately without anything clearly explaining that a paid subscription had started.
This feels really misleading. There was no proper warning that I would be billed right away and it’s very easy to end up paying without realising it.
I’ve contacted support to request a refund, but it didnt work so far.

1 star is too much for the service they provide.

They are a total SCAM, if you signup for a free trial, automatically leads to a "Get 60,000 Credits" button which immediately locks you in to an annual plan - before you've even tried the product. Please avoid them because the service they provide is subpar, and their deceitful and scammy practices will make sure that they will get your money.
Also if you complain to Paypal, they will side with them, making them a LEGIT SCAM!
Shame on them and shame on Paypal.

Je me suis inscrit à une offre d’essai (“trial”) en pensant pouvoir tester le service avant de décider de continuer ou non. Malheureusement, l’annulation est extrêmement compliquée : aucun bouton clair pour résilier l’abonnement, interface ambiguë, et prélèvement effectué automatiquement sans véritable avertissement visible.

Après plusieurs recherches dans le compte et différentes tentatives de contact avec le support, je n’ai obtenu aucune aide concrète. Les réponses reçues semblaient surtout destinées à gagner du temps ou à demander à nouveau des informations déjà fournies.

Le plus problématique reste le manque de transparence concernant le renouvellement automatique et la difficulté à gérer son abonnement. Ce type de pratique inspire très peu confiance, surtout lorsqu’il s’agit d’un abonnement annuel à un montant conséquent.

Je déconseille fortement ce service aux personnes qui souhaitent simplement tester la plateforme sans risque. Vérifiez bien chaque étape avant de renseigner vos moyens de paiement.

Total SCAM, if you signup for a free trial, it will immediately charge you 71 euros, and there's no option to unsubscribe. Luckily I freeze and blocked them in my bank, and my card was a virtual card, so these SCAMs didn't managed to steal from me.

⚠️ UNAUTHORIZED CHARGE - DECEPTIVE FREE TRIAL ⚠️

I signed up for Studio AI believing it was a FREE plan. At no point was I clearly informed that my card would be automatically charged. Without any confirmation screen or prior notice, I was charged 617.36 BOB (approximately $59.88 USD) for an annual subscription I never consciously authorized.

As soon as I noticed the charge, I immediately contacted support via email and through the platform's official form requesting cancellation and a full refund. So far I have received NO satisfactory response.

I also contacted my bank, but they informed me that since this is a foreign platform, the refund must be handled directly by Creative Fabrica — which makes their silence even more unacceptable.

This practice of converting a 'free trial' into a paid subscription without clear confirmation is deceptive and abusive. This is not an isolated case — there are dozens of users here on Trustpilot with the exact same experience.

I demand an immediate response and a full refund of the 617.36 BOB charged without my authorization.

I signed up for what was advertised as a free trial and entered my bank details as part of the signup process. After that, I was shown a large banner saying “Welcome” and prompting me to “claim your free credit now.” There was no clear warning that clicking this would immediately charge me.

I was then charged over £70, which I did not knowingly authorise. The process was misleading and designed in a way that could easily make customers think they are claiming free trial credit, when in reality they may be charged.

I contacted customer support and asked for a refund, but they refused based on their refund policy. I have screenshots of the signup process and the misleading banner.

Based on my experience, I would strongly warn others to be careful before entering any bank details or clicking anything on this website. I personally feel this was a scam-like and misleading experience.

Even after they charged me they still asking to register for free trail which it doesn't make sense and this shows how the scamming customers.

Update

While a refund has been issued, I believe it is important to maintain my review to highlight the misleading nature of their practices and the negative impact on customer experience. They should explicitly state that selecting the credit offer will result in a full charge. Also for the stress and time expended in resolving this issue with my payment provider and their team were significant.
