It's a scam. I got one set of hats that did not fit. I contacted the company to find out how to return the item. They suggested sending me another set, which I accepted for them to do. The second set did not fit me either. Their website mentioned that all their hats were of a certain circumference which is not the case. They are all different sizes. When I asked to return the items and for my money back, they told me that they could not send me the money because they had already sent me another set. When I tried communicating with them through the email address I had been using for them, my emails bounced back, So their website went down; it's now a pet supply website. Avoid this company!

I ordered a hat that was on sale and it's absolutely beautiful. I was concerned it was taking long for shipment but we can't compare other shippers to Amazon so for sure I would order again from Style Vancouver. I am thinking of ordering another of these hats in another colour. Oh yes , Style Vancouver replies very quick if we have questions on a shipment. Thanks again. Clare

Cheaply made dresses. Shipping takes long and the I’ve had a very hard time returning a dress. The communication is poor.

Fake support replies here too from Style Vancouver. Continuous run around until they take this site down and change it to another name and do the scam all over again and again and again.

Ordered leather orthopedic sneakers. No support whatsoever, not leather, to small, rubbed on ankle bones. I wanted to return them and get my money back but they keep wanting to send a different size. I tried contacting BBB but no help. Big Scam.

Misrepresented their product.
I received the items but very poor quality and wrong size. Marketed as Orthopaedic sandals but were as thin as paper and looks like something you’d get from Temu. They fooled me into believing its high quality. Been trying to return but getting a run around. I sent about 10 emails asking for an address to return my order. When I finally got an address, it was a non-existing address!!! They wanted my credit card number again. No way! I don't believe they are what they claim to be or if they are even located in Canada - let alone Vancouver. Lesson learned to do more research. I was just trying to support a small canadian company and it’s a total scam of crap goods you can't return.
