PLEASE PLEASE do not buy anything from this 'company' - the products are the absolute lowest quality and completely unfit for purpose, and they do not honour their returns policy. Their approach is to make any return or complaint as difficult as possible. Do yourself a favour and shop somewhere else.

Order took nearly 4 weeks to arrive and was faulty when I finally received it.After sending photos of damage they have completely ignored all correspondence and I cannot get a response from them.
Now in the hands of credit card company to try and retrieve my money.

Dreadful. Wrong colour item sent and appalling plastic quality. Eventually managed to return them and after weeks of asking where my refund was, I eventually got an email from a Sofia saying it was held at customs and would wait for me to pay the fee ?? No idea how so I guess I've just lost a lot of money! DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY. IF you do, and the item is wrong, do not return it! China !!Need I say more !

Took forever to be delivered. Solar lights????? More like fairy lights!!!!!- absolutely tiny. Very misleading pictures. As from Asia returns not worth the hassle. Recommend steer clear of this company.

I would leave no stars but that’s not an option. It’s a disgraceful company that sell items from China and have no indication when you order when things are coming. I waited 4 weeks for an item which has still not arrived and instead I have had emails from a bor called sofie telling how it’s good news because my item is in transit! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. They are scam at best malicious at worst

Don't buy from them. The items are very poor quality from China. We waited over two months for the product, and we are shocked by the quality. Now we’re strugge with the return.
Seriously avoid!!!

I wish I had read these reviews first before purchasing two table lamps for gifts. After waiting for weeks for them to arrive two awful plastic hideous lamps have arrived, look like they're painted by a small child and definitely not from the Netherlands. I am currently trying to get a refund. The pictures on the website and what I have been sent show no resemblance. I wish I could up load the photos here. Avoid!

I wanted a particular unusual, touch, cordless table lamp for my daughter that she had loved in a restaurant on holiday. I found it in Styled House and ordered it as a surprise for her. I was concerned regarding the negative reviews, and emailed Styled House when there was a delay in shipping. I had an immediate reply and updates when the lamp was shipped. 3weeks later it has arrived, well bubble wrapped. It is exactly as shown on their website. The 4 star review reflects the 3week wait but the lamp is perfect.

Complete disaster! Bought some shelving that arrived broken...had to email EIGHT times to get the information on how to send a return, at my own expense, to China. They kept trying to persuade me to accept a 20% discount instead on my broken shelves. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

PLEASE AVOID! This company is absolutely appalling. The goods come from china, are sub standard and our product was not as advertised on the website, poor quality and not fit for purpose. Couldn’t get our money back. They offered a percentage of our money back…don’t be fooled….they don’t honour this offer. If I could give them no stars, I would.

SCAM SITE - do not order! This is cheap tat from China disguised as goods from Netherlands. When you request a refund for useless items they state you have to cover the return cost (to a warehouse in China!). Absolute scam and I have contacted my bank to raise a dispute.

They are an absolute disgrace, a scam site. Sent me an outdoor light with no connection just two exposed wires. Will not accept responsibility and ignore my request for a refund. Do not buy from this site. The worse customer service ever. Do not buy from them !!!!

If you want a poor quality product from China this is the website for you! No communication once order had been placed from a Company based in the ‘Netherlands’!!! Package eventually arrived two weeks later - still no email or paperwork, poor quality and wanted to return - you just try communicating with them or returning in item. They offer a discount for you to keep the product then go to ground! Buyers be careful. Would have given no stars but not an option.

I would give this company almost a scam they don’t answer any emails nor do the lamps come near the value they are selling avoid this company

I ordered a lamp off of Amazon from Styled House. After 5 days and no communication on the delivery I contacted them. The first two emails were not answered and finally I was able to see that the lamp was coming out of China and it took A full week for them to process my order and get to an airport in China to ship with an estimated delivery of 12-18 days ! I canceled the order and they said I couldn’t as it had already shipped. Their own delivery schedule showed it was still in China. They finally refunded me. What a disaster of a company

Vertical shoe stand finally arrived today and I'm extremely disappointed.Delivery time 4 weeks with regular upates some of which didn't relate to item and tracking numbers nonsense. Not until I ordered was I aware it was coming from Asia. Would not have purchased due to delivery timescales and issues returning item. Vertical shoe stand looked better in photos, plus item so lightweight wouldn't have bought it at a car boot. My own fault for not doing due diligence and checking reviews before placing an order. A very expensive lesson. In meantime found vertical shoe stand in UK for third of price and much better quality. Recommend not using this company.

Do not order anything from this company. The lion light I received at £29.95 was only fit for the bin. Wish I could upload the pictures as it is laughable. To return it, it had to be sent to China. But if they had asked me for pictures it would have been obvious that the product was terrible. Do not buy anything from this company!!

Avoid this business at all costs. Product never received. Many email exchanges later and still no refund. It’s been 5 months since placing the order and apparently I’m not entitled to a refund until the product reaches their warehouse in China. And if it does ever reach the warehouse I’ll be charged an ‘admin’ fee. So much time wasted trying to resolve and no sign of ever getting my money back. A total scam.

I strongly advise avoiding this company.

I received goods that were not as described and of poor quality, and immediately requested a full refund. This was ignored.

Instead, they sent a replacement I explicitly did not want, and then tried to force me to pay to return both parcels to China before issuing any refund.

They repeatedly:
• Refused to honour my legal right to a refund
• Offered only partial refunds (30–60%) instead
• Contradicted their own written confirmation of a full refund
• Attempted to rely on their “policy” instead of UK law

I have now escalated this via my bank and reported them to Citizens Advice.

If you are in a similar situation, do not accept a partial refund, request a chargeback through your bank and report them.

This has been unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming.
Be very cautious before purchasing from this company.
