Worst company and customer service ever! Me & my sister ordered 7 items between us 2 weeks ago nearly 3!!! After 8 days we had to email them as we never received our order. They said they had over sold one of the outfit and was waiting for it to come back in stock yesterday and they would refund us the delivery. Received our parcel today and now missing 2 outfits and still no refund!!!!

I have still not received a refund for my return 4 weeks later
No Refund
I returned an item and it was delivered on the 1st August, I chased for my refund as I could see on tracking my return had been delivered. I sent an email and was told my item was left by the door and it had been stolen.
They said they were speaking with the courier and reviewing CCTV and would provide me with an update, this was 1 week ago and still no update as to where my refund is. I was told to lodge a complaint with Royal Mail because if the company sent an item and it was lost, they’d be liable to provide me with a refund. Awful customer service, rude responses and no help at all.
