Absolute scammers!

Absolute scammers!! I would give 0 stars if that was an option I can see why their 1 star ratings are so high and their 5 star must all be staff and owners. Parcels don't arrive they argue that have I was even told to look in the trees around my section in case the courier put it in the tree what a complete load of BS anyhow up to you if yo want to be scammed and out of pocket

Purchased Teamine Eye Complex by…

Purchased Teamine Eye Complex by Revision for Unisex - 0.5 oz Treatment for $70.00. Product was half full and dried out rendering it unusable. I didn't immediately need the product and it sat for a couple weeks as I have done countless times with other bottles however order issues or defects have to be reported within 7 days of delivery therefore Stylerule refused to replace or provide refund.

Additionally, return policy requires that items be returned within 30 days of delivery and in unused/unopened condition to qualify for a return.
Based on language in return policy, opening product for inspection automatically disqualifies item for return. Nice... I don't recommend this merchant.

Regarding your inquiry, our order issue policy states that any issues, defects, or damages must be reported within 7 days of delivery so that we can properly investigate and assist. Upon review, we found that your order was placed in November of last year, which is approximately 5 months ago. As a result, it falls outside of our return eligibility window.

Additionally, our return policy requires that items be returned within 30 days of delivery and in unused/unopened condition to qualify for a return.

Product As Described.

Product was as described. Only had a slight hiccup with the company not accepting that my delivery address and billing address could be different. Why would it be an option to put something different if it wasn't acceptable?

Customer service came through!

I received my order but one item was damaged and all of it leaked out- I understand these things can happen but when I reach out and they don’t respond that’s a problem. I tried chatting with them and it was stated they would get back with me. never happened. I won’t order from them again in the future.

MISLEADING REFUND POLICY AS A TARGET PARTNER

I bought perfume via Target and there's a no return policy. Target doesn't clearly state the return policy because it buried in their website. If it had been on their check out page, and I overlooked it, I would understand. But you literally have to search for that policy. I couldn't get a clear answer as to why you can get a refund from Stylerule if you buy directly from them but if you buy their product from Target you cannot. Since Stylerule is a partner, I'm also putting the complaint here.

Extremely happy with my first order from Stylerule.com!! Ordered three perfumes for Christmas gifts on a Wednesday evening after work, they were at my door Sunday afternoon via FedEx delivery. Super fast shipping! Quick response to a question I had about one of them before ordering. Perfumes were packaged well and are exactly what I ordered, brand new in plastic wrapped boxes.
