The only thing I had an issue with was…
The only thing I had an issue with was i am usually given the option for free delivery by Royal Mail but the only options I had were either next day delivery for the cost of £9.99, next day delivery by DHL for £12.99 or click and collect which is the option I chose....reluctantly as I have mobility issues. I spent more than enough to warrant free delivery...£57! I also ordered the stylex cloud eliquid lemon & mango flavour in the 6mg/ml but when my son picked them up for me, that strength was out of stock but it let me order it on the website.
Other than that, everything else was fine.

Excellent customer service from a friendly team
The items that I order regularly weren't in stock when I looked online, and I was hoping to get them in time for Christmas. I contacted the store through email and they (outside of normal working hours) checked their upcoming deliveries to see whether they would arrive before Christmas.
They let me know that there were some due to be delivered later in the week, and so allowed me to pre-order to ensure that I'd receive them before they went out of stock again. The items arrived sooner than expected, and I'm thrilled.
Excellent customer service, super helpful and friendly.
