Ordered a coat in army grey, received in GREY, not the color I want at all. This was early last month. I sent out a series of emails to your listed customer service contact over the past few weeks, have received ZERO response. Commented on their Facebook page, I think they deleted my comment, I can't find it. Horrible. Did not receive what I paid for, coat quality isn't that great either. And they don't care at all about their customers and their experience. Waste of money, waste of time.

Takes ages for item to arrive. Poor quality. Now my emails seeking refund are bouncing back as I think they've blocked me. Trying to find out how to return the unwanted goods.

Stay clear of this shop, quality is beyond disgraceful and zero customer care!!!

My order was never delivered and they are refusing to give me a refund. I would give them 0 stars if possible. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!

So bad - a rag was all that turned up and not the dress I ordered. The worst item ever purchased on the internet. Does not even resemble the dress I ordered. Fabric is see through and very poor quality.

The dresses did not look the same as on the internet, and the quality is poor. Don't order from here even though their products seem great.

Not impressed. Sent my order in the beginning of August and didn't hear anything afterwards. In the beginning of October my package apparently arrived but I never got a notification which resulted in the package being sent return. Again without letting me know. Now I'm not sure what will happen. Will I get my order or have I just wasted money?!

I WOULD GIVE LESS THAN A 1 STAR IF I COULD. TERRIBLE. DRESS LOOKS LIKE A JOKE COMPARED TO THE REAL PICTURE. IT FEELS LIKE IT WAS MADE FROM TOILET PAPER. NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE. TOOK MONTHS TO COME. FAKE REVIEWS ON FACEBOOK TOO. DONT ORDER FROM HERE! I WASTED 40$. I GOT THE SAME DRESS CHEAPER ON AMAZON AND IT WAS THE REAL ONE. DIDNT COME FROM CHINA EITHER. FUNNY HOW THE SAME PICTURE OF THE DRESS AND THE SAME MODEL WAS USED.

Good Service it said up to six weeks and got it in 4. Tracking didn’t work though but I had faith and it arrived.
Only a 4 as much flimsier than the picture shows a bit see through and will need a slip under it, however sizing is great and it’s very pretty.

I ordered a dress for my partner paid for my goods in full sent 4 emails asking for tracking information and nothing works. Find it very strange how the funds are taken but then when you want your goods they cannot track them. I am constantly having to ask for the tracking as I need my item for a wedding and there is no urgency at all. BEWARE WHEN YOU BUY FROM THEM AS THEY GET BACK TO YOU IN THEIR OWN TIME. I have ordered goods from America before and never had this trouble. Wont be ordering again and if the goods don't get here they will be going straight back so a complete waste of time. Quick enough o get your money_ BUYERS PLEASE BEWARE
