My pleasure

I have never had the pleasure of meeting any support professional that is better than Eddie at Sublue in Walnut Ca. His expertise is astounding. His willingness to make his customer satisfied is infinite. I feel like I have a friend who loves Sublue products almost as much as me and can take the abuse I've put mine through and make it new again. I owned two, but after meeting Eddie in person, I bought two more. His nature engenders loyalty just like a best friend. I wanna explore the Sublue infinite with him and my hope is we meet up next someplace underwater and tropical like Kealakekua Bay on the Big Island. Let me know when you're going brudda. Aloha from Alaska to Eddie, the whole team at Sublue, and all of you who have found nirvana submersed.

Sent me damaged item and refused return

Sublue sent me an item that shows signs of impact and damage on the shipping box. When I wanted to return the item well within the 30 day period I was told no because they couldn’t verify the condition even though it was unopened and still in the shipping box.

I have had my Sublue Mix Pro for over…two years

I have had my Sublue Mix Pro for over two years and I cannot tell you how glad I am to have purchased it.
In making search grids in the Bahamas I can cover so much territory, quickly, it is beyond a Godsend.
Recently I had to return it for repair as one switch failed and I sent it to their facility. They returned it in perfect condition in less than two weeks and I was, again, so grateful.
The staff I communicated with were so great and responsive, in this world, that is in itself a miricle.
I would for sure recommend Sublue to everyone and if I ever purchase another scooter, it will be from them and probably be an upgraded selection.

Count me as part of the others that…

Count me as part of the others that sent the batteries in for recall and expected some acceptable turnaround for their replacements. We were never warned that they did not have these in stock and repeated emails to customer service keep extending the wait time by two weeks to no avail. I expected these in May, then June, then late June, and the most recent update pushed these to July. It's so bad the company got Amazon to suspend peoples abilities to leave reviews on the product.

purchased a WINDEK SUBLUE WhiteShark…

purchased a WINDEK SUBLUE WhiteShark Mix Underwater Scooter in may 2023. Battery expanded, died, and damaged the cover plate. Disposed of the battery and replaced out of my own pocket in 2024. This year there's a recall on the batteries and the replacement battery I purchased fell into the recall. Filed the paperwork and sent the battery per instructions. Now it has been months and still no replacement battery. Email responses are only excuses delaying the replacement. Recently stated they would send replacements by the end of May 2025, but now nothing.
