Don't trust this Sugerfx; they are scammers and have held onto many people's money. All those you see praising them are only paid to BLA BLA BLA, If u u no feat wait for double swap to be completed better don't swap. I know u are looking for a bad reviews about Sugerfx all exchange have bad review even Binance and bybit i kept my 10k dols.

Sugerfx is a pure scam platform. It is a disguised ponzi where they rob Peter to pay Paul. That explains why they can't pay every member. There is no verifiable source of income other than new member's money which they selectively distribute. Mostly among themselves. I invested the sum of 1 million naira since May 22 2024 and I am yet to receive my funds. They kept fabricating one excuse or the other about the cause of the delay. After about 3 months they cancelled my order and I was notified that my money has been reversed to my bank account. It's been over 4 weeks since I got the notice and I haven't received it yet. I asked my bank if there's any pending deposit on my account and they assured me there was none. So I challenged Sugerfx to provide proof that they paid the sum of 1 million naira into my bank account but they refused to do so. Hence, I believe they maliciously withheld my money without the intention of paying. They are affiliated with Padiepal and Cryptopadie which are known scam platforms being run by virtually the same set of individuals. Don't be deceived by the positive comments on here as they are the handiwork of people working for them. I can identify several of them by their names. I want to use this opportunity to call on EFCC and other relevant agencies to clamp down on Sugerfx and all their partners in crime, and bring them to justice. It's amazing how Nigerians allow certain foreigners to keep scamming their fellow countrymen and women.

Response: Sugerfx claimed below that my deposit was a fraudulent transfer. Well, scammers can give any funny reason to withhold client's funds. During investigation through my lawyer we were able to get access to all the transactions that took place on May 22 2024, the day I made my deposit. And we found strange activities going on in the account. There's a payment system linked to their account that debits any deposit made in a matter of seconds, leaving the balance at zero every time. And the payment system was linked to one Adaeze Ani, the owner of the account which Sugerfx used to receive payments. The deposit I made was instantly debited by their system which shows that they received it. I have the evidence. Same payment system was used to credit their own account and debit it several times that day. So if there was any fraudulent transfer that was going on that day, it was most likel from their end. It's funny how they asked me to come to their branch office in Nigeria without providing the address. And their office address is not available anywhere online. Only legit platforms are bold enough to make available their local office address. Not thieves like Sugerfx. Investigations are still ongoing and we won't relent until we catch all the actors of this fraudulent scheme.

Update: Anyone who goes ahead to swap on Sugerfx after reading this review will have themselves to blame if tomorrow they label their deposit as fraudulent transfer. I want to believe that Nigerians are smart enough to figure out by now who the real fraudsters are. They said I should open a ticket and ask for their office address. Meanwhile they banned my account so I can't login. It's just a waste of precious time responding to scammers. The reason I am doing this is because I don't want innocent people to fall victim. If I was fortunate to see this kind of warning (which I'm giving), I wouldn't have lost 1,000,000 naira to Sugerfx. The responder below insinuated they have about 62k members who would spam this review. That's laughable because if it were true, they won't be using fake merchants from their other scam platforms like Padiepal (formerly Amabizon) and Cryptopadie to give positive reviews on here. More so, on the day I deposited, their bank record shows that my deposit (1,000,000 naira) was the highest while the rest were mostly made by them, maybe to create an illusion of constant inflow and outflow of cash. If not, why would Adaeze Ani deposit into her Opay account several times, and the funds got debited instantly into Gideon's (their scam influencer) account? Seems like a case of round-tripping going on there. Sugerfx think they are dealing with an illiterate when they accuse me of fraudulent transfer. However, I know their antics better than they think, with evidence to back it up.

On 2nd thoughts: I want to use this opportunity to ask Sugerfx to explain in clear terms how my UBA bank deposit of 1 million naira is a "fraudulent transfer". And why they lied that they have reversed my money when they didn't. The floor is yours now Sugerfx.

Everyone shouting and screaming delay, knowing fully well that there are different type of swap. We are all trading on the p2p which they clearly say it has no specific time to be completed while instant say it's less than an hour. Which means everyone one on review is profiting. A positive statement review will help alot for quick payout on p2p swap. Think wise before dropping a review.
