I placed an order for silver coins worth approximately 1567.13 euro+ shipping with Suisse Gold in January. After completing the payment, I was repeatedly told that the order would be shipped soon and that a tracking number would be provided.

Now it is already March and I still have not received any shipment confirmation or tracking information. Despite multiple follow-ups, the responses were always that the shipment would happen soon. Recently, they have stopped replying to my emails completely.

Because of this situation, I was forced to open a dispute with my bank in order to protect my payment.

I hope the company resolves this matter by either shipping the order immediately with a valid tracking number or issuing a full refund. Until then, I advise other buyers to be cautious and make sure they receive clear shipment confirmation before sending payment.

I bought from them many times over many years. In the beginning i got deliveries after a long hassle and many emails. I still have Silver with them but they are not releasing it although i have paid storage fees for a few years now. Despite repeated emails, i am not getting an answer or deliveries of my silver. They are scamming people.

After the delay I received the gold ingots with the invoice.

They have so many addresses, didn't know what to write. Look professional, according to Trustpilot it's a scam. Sliver sold out every were, but not at suissegold.

Ich habe vor ein paar Jahren bei ihnen Gold- und Silberbarren gekauft. Heute möchte ich einen Teil davon verkaufen, und sie haben mir vorgeschlagen, persönlich zu ihrem Lager in Kloten zu kommen. Seit drei Wochen versuche ich, einen Termin zu vereinbaren – das Datum war bereits festgelegt –, doch als ich um eine Bestätigung bat, teilten sie mir mit, dass sie keine Anlieferungen von Privatpersonen mehr akzeptieren...! Was für eine Bande von Inkompetenten – ich organisiere meine Fahrt nach Zürich (drei Stunden Weg), nur um eine Antwort zu bekommen, die sie mir gleich am Anfang hätten geben können.

Avoid if you’re in Canada. They take your money and then vanish like a bad magic trick. No real guarantees once payment clears. Ships from somewhere other than Switzerland, despite claims. Shipping’s slow, and support? Ghost town. Not worth the headache.
They used to have more negative reviews, but their profile now appears on the green end.

This is the second time I've ordered from Suisse Gold.
I ordered in crypto and the payment was validated in 2 days.

I received my well-packaged bars and coins about a month later due to some delivery delays.

This isn't a scam, you can go for it. James is very responsive via email and answers all questions.

I bought some silver coins and bars from them some years ago.

I recently tried to sell some of them back to them, and I felt they laughed at my face.

I was in Zurich, and I asked them how could I sell my coins. They offered me either to send them by mail or to bring the silver coins somewhere near the airport.

I chose the airport option, and on several emails exchanged they kept saying "yes, we have an associate at the airport where you can deposit the items", but they never gave me any indications of where exactly should I go and to whom should I give the items.

Then I wrote again asking about the other option, and they said "yes, we will send you the instructions as well as some prepaid label for you to send the items", but they never actually sent me either the instructions or the label to send them.

After 14 emails, I have realized they are just laughing at me. They didn't even reply to my last one.

After 3 years of having silver storaged at this company, their fees are 5x the cost of the silver. Never received any message or any contatct at all. Robbery.

I have bought gold bars from this company. PAMP and Britannia. 1 Ounce size only. Very nice gold bars available, at good prices too. They deliver to the Emirates.

Just received my first order.
Didn't had any issue and a regular exchange by e-Mail with Mr. James, without even asking for it. Would say that this is a great support. Delivery came really fast by UPS.

My order was delivered 2 days ago. I ordered from SuisseGold.com because they are the only company I found to deliver to my country. The coins are in very good condition.

Boy, my order sure arrived quickly. I thought that since it was going to be shipped from Europe it would take a really long time. I’m really impressed with how fast the post was. The 2 coins (a silver Krugerrand and a silver Kangaroo) I bought are really nice and fit into my silver stack perfectly.

Il 12 Settembre ho ordinato una moneta per testare il servizio. Order id 20158. Arrivato numero di tracciamento sembrava tutto ok. Lo stato era "Consegna nella packstation" dopo quasi un mese e innumerevoli solleciti risposti in maniera vaga, mi hanno mandato un documento in tedesco che dovrebbe essere un claim verso DHL. Ho chiesto a persone esperte di spedizione e il messaggio DHL significa che la spedizione è stata creata nei sistemi ma non è la prova che il pacco sia stato consegnato a DHL. A questo punto spero di sbagliarmi e sono pronto a cambiare la mia recensione ma mi sembra molto probabile che io sia caduto in una truffa e spero di evitare la stessa esperienza ad altri.

Update 16 Novembre: Nessuna novità e adesso non rispondono nemmeno alle mail. Non capisco come possa trustpilot dargli un voto del genere anche se noto che i voti positivi hanno solo una recensione mentre quelli negativi (come me) hanno fatto più recensioni. State alla larga.
Update 14 Dicembre. Nessuna risposta. Non fatevi fregare come me, lasciate perdere è una truffa.

A bit Sketchy. I recently bought 7 one ounce coins. took 6 weeks for delivery. Only one or two coins per week. They told me I could pick up personally from the Swiss Vault but my Coins get shipped from Germany so what's the deal? Communication is decent but only Via E mail. Phone will never be answered. The address may very well be a PO box in the Isle of Man and this may be a 3 people basement business middle man which nobody can trace. I dont know If i could sleep at night with a larger order. I asked them well if you have to brake up my order to so many deliveries for security how would you ever send me a 500G or a 1kg bar? NO response. We will deliver coins when available. Anyways got it all but got super paranoid. In their defense 3 orders complete but I don't like working with ghosts. I found a nother BTC accepting trader with much better reviews BITGLID. I will try them next time.

I placed an order and was ready to pay through bank wire. When I was done indicating the bank to proceed with the transfer, the bank instead sends me what looked like a boilerplate questionnaire, asking "what is your relationship with the receiving party", and stuff like that. Then I clicked again on "transfer", and the next day the bank notified me that due to a field I clicked by mistake the transfer could not be done. In the meantime, I found a lot, a huge amount, of negative reviews of this provider. I gave up trying to make the purchase from them, found a different provider, placed the order, made the online payment, got the goods quick, tested them, long story short I'm very satisfied with these other guys.

My two cents: My bank was trying to warn me about "Swiss Gold". They did me a favor. They could not openly warn me about them under their own name, but they found a way.

This is one of the only gold or silver companies in Europe that accepts cryptocurrencies. The Eurocrats in Belgium continue manipulating the Euro market, and the US debt is a disaster. Government money is on a fast track to crashing out, and gold and crypto are are the way forward. I support companies that accept cryptocurrencies - this company gets a 5-star review from me for its forward thinking model.

I bought some gold for storage in their vault. Everything has been fine so far. I haven’t requested delivery yet, but communication has been very good.
