TERRIBLE COMPANY! My stuff shipped over a month ago. Very rarely updated. As of now, no updates in almost a week. Tried reaching out and they responded I have to wait 5 days for a response because everyone is on vacation. Absolutely unacceptable.

I order a right foot split to support my right foot drop after a fatal accident, I needed the splint urgently and approx. 6 weeks later a left foot splint arrived, I contacted their customer services advising the splint delivered was for the wrong foot, they offered me $1 for my troubles after paying $38 for a right footed splint, I declined the $1 trouble payment then they offered me $2 then $3 then $4 which I also declined, I just wanted a right foot splint, I tried to make contact in numerous occasions since and never got a reply. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAMSTERS.

This so called company is beyond horrible, totally scam oriented. Will not communicate once they have your money. Do not purchase and hopefully they will be defeated and have to close down.

Failed to deliver a product and refuse to acknowledge their mistake. Avoid

I bought 5 ornaments for gifts. Only one of the 5 had complete text. The other 4 had missing or smeared text. When we tried to return or get a refund they only offered $11 of the $42 we spent.

The item ordered went missing whikstbwith courier. They said they would send another, they didnt, I asked for a refund, they just kept making excuses. Totally fake company, big scam. Totally unethical.

Scored an awesome find with this tool for a surprisingly good price. It handles small DIY projects perfectly and feels solid. While its not perfect, definitely exceeded expectations for such a reasonable cost.
