a nice apartment in difficult travel times. the in/out were excellent. the fitness room and pool were surprisingly nice and overall, a good experience.

Would definitely stay again
Our experience with Suite Home should be divided into two parts: the pre-move in process (awful) and the post move-in process (wonderful). The sales reps were hard to get answers from, kept getting dates and dollar amounts confused, and hadn't even communicated to the building that we were moving in when we showed up to get our keys. However, once we got in, the place was clean and had everything we needed and the staff was very responsive to questions and concerns. We would use Suite Home again, in an instant, with the understanding that the "front of the house" just isn't so great.

Generally good overall. Good people to deal with. But, disappointing that you did not get my washing machine fixed the last 10 days of my stay.

Nice Property, Services could be better for the money
Nice Property, nice location, staff is pretty responsive on most things. Downside, cleaning service not great, and they don't use their own supplies. Furniture is basic, uncomfortable (sofa). Also, no info on activities in building like when the pool opens, etc. The building won't give info to you since you are renting from Suite Home, and you don't get anything from Suite Home either. I asked and they sent something once, then nothing. For this much money, I would expect better.

Thank you for the feedback Holly. We provide a welcome binder and building guide (posted on the refrigerator) with all of the building info when you arrive. We took a look at the inspection photos for your arrival, and can see them there in the apartment. When you transfer units, please let us know if we can provide additional information in the unit for you. We will speak to our housekeeping staff, who work directly for Suite Home and come with their own cleaning supplies too, to make sure they are cleaning up to your expectations. I had a great experience all around. The staff at Suite Home Chicago was extremely easy to work with and very accommodating. The property was beautiful… Perfect location and all amenities included. I would highly recommend and hope to stay here again!

Great location, comfortable stay and good amenities
Great location, friendly staff and good amenities.
In terms of what could be improved was the internet service in my room wasn’t working properly (I keep getting disconnected) and the housekeeping skipped one of the Mondays where they were supposed to clean my room every week.
Other than these two, no major or minor issues. The room had everything I needed during my 1-month stay there and of course a great view of Chicago. I would recommend Aqua temp housing to everyone.

Clean, modern and nice commute to the office. I plan to actually rent an apartment in the Amli Lofts once my housing ends on June 11. Thanks again for everything.

It's the little things that count the most
I have no major complaints except that basic supplies like paper towels, toiletries etc are not restocked . Considering what we pay, I would imagine it should not cost that must to provide

One East Delware in the Gold Coast Review - Suite Home Stay
Excellent location and property. View was stunning and the place was very clean and comfortable. Great for two couples with plenty of space. Within walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Highly recommend staying with Suite Home. They provide first class service and are very professional. Will stay with them again next time we are in Chicago.
