Not had a response in over 15 hours, they are holding my money without returning no access to it, there’s nobody to call as the care team don’t answer the phone, avoid at all costs.

Jarred at suits provides Great service, easy to understand information and little nuainces that benefits the customer all in all very good customer service
Probably one of if not the worst bank I’ve ever being with so only got the email this month saying send details in for ID as wasn’t sufficient from credit union went online and says in bold no photo id needed all of a sudden my accounts on hold crazy thing is was on phone to them yesterday as need to transfer my money out the account and since 9 this morning and still while I’m writing this in a que which says 1 hour it’s now 4 hours later and about 60 emails and no response it’s generally feels targeted as I’ve not received any email since I sent the documents 3 months ago and fort it was accepted no email from them since they tell me all of a sudden that my account is on hold it just seems like there is one person just sat there ignoring every call I’ve made someone is just sat there and they cba to talk
Absolutely amazing customer service. Adam was so patient with me and he was always very quick to respond. I was having trouble sourcing all the sizes we needed for our wedding party but Adam was really reassuring and had no problems getting the full parties suits. Thank you very much Adam. I really appreciate your help. The suits are great and we are so happy. I’m glad we found your company and would not hesitate to use them again if needed
Spoke to Eva at Suits me and she was very, professional, polite and patient with me. I recommend the app and service better than a bank for me.
Great service. Nothing was too much trouble. Had to change sizes a couple of times and that was no problem to them. Responding to any e-mails and correspondence straight away. Sorted a discount out for my wedding so would definitely recommend. Thanks especially to Adam.
