Our experience with Sulets has been fantastic. A Special mention to Emma for going above and beyond for us. She was so helpful, kind, supportive and efficient in helping us to resolve a huge problem (not a problem with Sulets, I might add, but a personal problem with regard to accommodation requirements) All phone calls were returned promptly, emails answered, clear advice given and a professional, but empathetic response to a tricky situation. Thank you Emma!

Sulets is the best accommodation group in Leicester. They are so welcoming when moving in, and if there is ever a concern, which rarely happens, they swiftly respond and address the situation.

I managed to lock myself out of my flat and with it being out of hours, I could have faced a large payment to sort it. However, Emma incredibly generously went to the office and got me a spare key to let me back in. I cannot express how grateful I am for this and they going above and beyond. It truly saved my evening plans with friends.

Ruta ensured I had an exceptional experience by securing top promotions and offers while accommodating my preferred room selection, making the entire process remarkably smooth for me.

Sulets has promptly attended to an emergency situation (locked out of room) on a weekend, they were most helpful and concern and sorted the problem promptly.

Ruta was very informative about the properties we viewed. We loved her enthusiasm and how helpful she was!

It's the best place to live. Most importantly if you are a DMU student. The customer service is top notch and they are always helping incase if any challenge. It has been Home far away from Home. David, Charlotte,Molly and Night Staffs are good and they are always willing to help. I just love it here.

We had Ruta showing us around the different accomadations offered and when we first met her on Halloween she gave us a little goodie bag and was consistently honest throughout the process on the quality of the different places which really helped us find a 2 bedroom place that's suited our needs and wants perfectly! Really friendly and quick to respond, even calling on her days off to help us with the contract

I recently went to view a studio at The Summit, and I was genuinely impressed. The room size was much bigger than I expected, especially for a Plus studio. It felt spacious, modern, and really well laid out. The view was amazing, definitely one of the standout features.

For what you get, the price is honestly worth it. The building feels high-quality, secure, and well looked after.

A big shoutout to Ruta, who guided the viewing. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience really smooth.

Overall, I left feeling confident that The Summit is excellent value and a great place to live. Would definitely recommend viewing it yourself.
