bad quality, not worth the money and exchange only when asked for a refund due to this. Please be careful when ordering. Much better companies out there for the price , made a big mistake

Update: Customer service reached out and resolved my exchange issue, apparently, my emails went to their junk. Great service, I am waiting for other products to be available in my size o I can make more orders.

Good product
The products have always been good. I experienced a bit of delay on the last order during the “black Friday” sales but it arrived eventually and was the usual good standard.

Outstanding Quality clothing and service
Great deals and quality clothing and trainers . There shipping was very quick , not due to them I have had to echinacea some items , even that was super easier , there support team are quiz to response , been Dealing with Laura who was super helpful and nothing was to much trouble , lee up the great service sulfit

Worst company ever
Terrible company, promise refunds that never come and when you log a charge back with your credit card they say they have sent an imaginary credit note that was probably never sent all in an attempt to delay and already long process.
I wouldn’t buy from this store again, the quality of their clothes isn’t even that great.

PAID £6 FOR NEXT DAY DELIVERY
I placed an order on 23rd Oct and paid extra £6 for next day delivery. Today is 25th and the order still hasn't been dispatched let alone delivered. I have emailed them but not had any response. Very disappointed as I have paid £6 for nothing. Paid extra for next day delivery as I needed them to take on Holiday. Will think twice before ordering next time.
UPDATE 26TH OCT. AFTER THIS REVIEW, THEY EMAILED ME AND PROVIDED A REFUND FOR THE £6 NEXT DAY DELIVERY CHARGE TO RESOLVE THE MATTER

Quality products. Very good customer service.
Got a delivery of 3 Jeans, but they seemed to be a differenct cut to what I ordered previously.
The CS was very efficinet and exchanged my products quickly.
Good quality jeans with some stretch.
