the virtual meeting of creditors will take place at 11:15am on 25th April 2023.
All claims must be lodged with proof of debt before 4:00pm on 24th April 2023.

Hopefully this will assist with some of you being able to reclaim your monies from a company who deserves to go out of business.

Avoid anything to do with this man he’s a con artist!
Dr Stephen Grant Charlesworth Jones sets up business after business each of them going bankrupt each time! He’s liquidated Summerfield Healthcare before, check the CQC website and Companies House.
Him and his partner in crime Dr Lisa Williams have let staff and patients down whilst they continue to lead their lavish lifestyles driving around in Aston Martins, Rolls Royces and G Wagon whist staff are struggling to make ends meet.
We’ve still not been given any details on who the liquidators are.

Walked into work to find out the company had gone into liquidation wasn’t given any notice. 2 weeks prior to the all this happening the director was enjoying himself on holiday and he was acting as if everything was ok. There was also another director Dr Lisa Williams of the Autism Service which Grant was also a director of two weeks prior to the company (Summerfield Healthcare) going into liquidation, she is also Dr Stephen Grant Charlesworth Jones’s partner! So please do stay away from anything associated with either one of them.

We’ve have not been able to claim any money from the government and are without wages and customers are without refunds.

Please stay away from Ryminster Health, Ryminster Medical Services, Ryminster Properties, Ryminster Surgical Services, D4 Drivers, D4 Health, My Occ Health, Every Medical, The Autism Service, Firearm Medicals!

After 6 months of working at Summerfield, I walked into work to then be verbally told to leave the premises as the company had entered liquidation. I had not been paid that
month and I have not heard anything since. The director of the company 2 weeks prior had collectively spent 3 weeks abroad in Italy on holidays, some hotels costing £1600 a night. He
pretended everything was ok.
The building Summerfield rented their office space & clinic from is also owned by the director but under one of his other companies, so he loses nothing!
Dr Stephen Grant Charlesworth Jones was the director (please watch out for this name, he is a con artist). Non of the staff have been given a pin to claim monies from the government. We
are owed our wages, expenses, notice periods in lieu, holiday & overtime, whilst he carries on driving his Aston Martin or Rolls Royce around
his other 10+ companies & many buildings that he is landlord of.

Stay away from Ryminster Health, Ryminster Medical Services, Ryminster Properties, Ryminster Surgical Services, D4 Drivers, Every Medical, The Autism Service, Firearm Medicals, My Occupational Health, Summerfield Childcare & there's probably much more!

Summerfield vanished into thin air owing staff and customers money! The website has been updated to say it’s in liquidation however no further updates have been given. How does the director Dr. Stephen Grant Charlesworth Jones sleep at night!

Beware of this or any company associated with Ryminster as they are dishonest fly by nights that cannot be trusted.

The director and his feist of a partner in crime have not just left customers out of pocket but staff turned up to work at Summerfield Healthcare to find they have no jobs and no wages for the previous month of hard work.

No warning whatsoever and now people are suffering after losing hundreds and some losing thousands of pounds and no job!

What a total disgrace and the directors knew what they were doing as buildings had been emptied over the weekend prior to staff and customers turning up last Monday morning.

Amazing to think the directors had been boasting about their new £850k house in the country only the week before all of this and had returned from a lavish skiing holiday the week before that!

People like this need to be exposed and should be banned from running a business after the damage they have done to innocent customers and dedicated staff.

Be warned and stay away from anything to do with these shameful and disrespectful scam artists.

We are supposed to be having a virtual appointment tomorrow and only found out today this absolute joke of a healthcare company has gone into liquidation. How supposedly health care professionals can treat both patients and staff is an absolute disgrace. Financial gain from false promises seems to be their only motivation. This company obviously already knew it was in trouble when they made our reservation and took our money. I don’t know where their moral compass is but they obviously do not care they are an absolute disgrace and even took there loyal staff for fools SHAME on them. The directors should never be able to run another company

What an awful company run by Grant (Steven Grant Charlesworth-Jones) of Ryminster (who has multiple companies under this umbrella company) and has zero respect for staff. Grant liquidated the company (to fund his 2 holidays) to France and Italy in February costing thousands (£1600/night) but couldn't afford to pay his staff (including his doctor's) up to 3 months wages! Staff arrived to derelect buildings where only 2 days before were private gp and surgical clinics, without any notice and were left without any money or their jobs. This affected 5 clinics in total. Stay away from anything to do with this man or his businesses (D4 Drivers, D4 Healthcare, Ryminster Properties).

I worked for this company and we were told a week ago to hand in keys and empty our desks. We then received an email to say they have gone into liquidation....
Us as staff did not know anything and have been left also with no wages from the whole of Feb!
We still havent heard anything and the company is still active! The way he treated his loyal staff is awful and if this doesnt get resolved we will hit the papers.
His Cardiff practice was emptied over the weekend and he let his staff walk in not knowing anything. Looking at some reviews on here he has also not informed his patients about what is going on either.......not happy at all and now we are struggling financially!!!

This company is an absolute disgrace. The way it has treated staff is utterly disgusting. Dogs have been treated better than this..

To go into work and then be told you no longer have a job and told to pack your desk up and no wages.
In turn, they have taken customers money which might I add is extortionate, and booked their appointments, and gone into liquidation and didn't even have the audacity to inform them. They deserve to lose all of their other businesses which are listed on companies House. Sell them and repay everyone back immediately. Theiving crooks!!

This morning we received an email to say Summerfield had ceased trading - less than 2 weeks since we paid for investigation ( appointment supposed to be tomorrow ) . Considering the type of company this is and the fact that they are, in many cases, dealing with extremely vulnerable patients this is disgraceful . How they sleep at night is beyond me

Booked 2 Hayfever Jabs for me and a work colleague for the 10th March. Got appointment reminders to ensure we were there and upon arrival we were told the company had gone into liquidation. Cost £180 which we paid online and we can’t get hold of anyone to discuss how we recover this! Absolute disgrace and I’m sure these guys will be opening under a different name soon with everyone’s money they have stolen!

Paid for and booked a minor medical procedure in February, received no pre-op phone call as promised, tried calling all week but couldn’t get through, no one answered just had to try leaving a message or call would ring out. Received confirmation email night before appointment so turned up for the appointment (yesterday 10/3/23) and no one was there, still no phone calls or anything. Did some ringing around and managed to get through to the ex-director who claimed to have no affiliation with this practice then funnily enough I received a very plain email apology for the appointment being cancelled which was clearly written in a very rushed manner. Awaiting a refund and further apology, absolute waste of my time and dreadful service. Have sent feedback to CQC and other bodies as this is clearly happening to multiple people and they don’t care about the people they are affecting.

I booked for a blood test and paid online
£224 on 21/02/2023 and the results would take 3 to 5 days. I haven’t head any correspondence since. I have tried phoning numerous times and get put on hold for around 10 minutes just to be told by recorded message that my call cannot be taken at that time and cut off. Have have emailed and had no reply. Today 10/03/2023 I went ti their address and there is a notice on the door saying Summerfield Healthcare no are no longer in the building. Total scammers.

Was booked in for and paid for surgery scheduled on the 8th of March. I spoke to a nurse on Friday the 3rd with no indication of anything being wrong. I showed up to my appointment on the 8th to nobody there and was informed by the staff at the clinic next door that they shuttered on the 6th without informing me. Currently unable to contact anybody as their phone lines just cut you off and they have kept hold of my money.

I am convinced this company has gone bust. My father paid £3000 for some assessments for my 79 year old mum last month. We have had no follow up to the assessments so we still don’t have a diagnosis to help her. Out of desperation to speak to someone I went to the clinic I took my mum to in Cardiff on Tuesday 7th March and there was a notice on the door saying Summerfield Healthcare had cleared out on Sunday 5th March (I think it was put there by a company that share the office space and were sick of being asked what’s happened to them). I am currently in the process of hunting down every contactable person linked to Summerfield Healthcare and writing to them to get my mum’s medical results. It’s disgusting that they don’t care about an elderly woman who my 75 year old dad paid to have private care out of his own savings. He did this to make sure she had the fastest possible care. I have no respect for this company. If you’ve gone bust admit it! The love of money truly is the root of all evil! Shame on you Summerfield Healthcare!

I booked a blood test for £224. I received 2 emails within an hour saying my appointment had been cancelled and another from a member of the admin team saying the booking system was down so they were unable to process payments or book appointments. Fast forward a week, the payment of £224 has been taken from my account. I have tried phoning numerous times and I am left on hold for about 7-10 minutes each time and then I am met with a message stating they are unable to complete my call. I have also sent 2 emails and have had no response. Awful company, more of a scam than a healthcare provider reading the other comment. I would like my £224 back for a service you have not provided.

Wouldn’t even give it one star!
