After a really poor experience and being let down by another lease provider, I contacted Summit leasing and they really pulled out all the stops to get me a car sorted. Lisa, Cerian and the team were fantastic and kept me very well informed throughout, there professionalism and communication was fantastic. Grace at Summit Leasing was recommended to me by a friend. Grace was very easy to speak to and as it's was my first time to lease a car I wasn't sure it would be my first choice as always paid for my vehicles upfront.
Apart from finding me a great deal she sent numerous quotes to me, never pushing just advising.
Luke also in the same office great to deal with.
Anyway took delivery today and really pleased, delivery by Lee was also very in informative, not rushed and cockpit instruments fully explained.
In all a very pleasant experience

Brilliant service from Paul, I purchased my vehicle and paul made the whole process easy. He also picked me up from the train station, as this show how above and beyond they can go for their customers.

I asked Paul a few questions in regards of the vehicle and he responded accurately and without any hesitation. When I viewed the vehicle it blew my mind as the car was brilliant and described as accurately over the telephone by Paul.

I would highly recommend this company for your next vehicle or van and definitely ask for Paul for a fast, smooth and trustworthy process.

Both times I have dealt with summit and both times I could not complain at anything.

Paul sorted everything for us and made it quick and easy for us up until pickup of our vehicle, it was passed over in the best condition. I could not recommend them anymore.

They also give great thanks to there customers, inviting us to watch Hull fc alongside the summit team and a great golf day had by all. The customer experience with summit makes it a no brainer.
