Wooow!!! I honestly don’t know where to start…

I initially made contact with Sun Homes Overseas in September 2022 and was enquiring about properties in Bulgharia which then went onto properties in Egypt which was more what I was looking for.

George really went through things in depth with me. Sent me links of properties that fit my criteria.

I was supposed to fly out to Egypt in November 2022 which sadly I couldn’t make. But this was the point where I really started liking these guys because they didn’t just brush me off they were understanding and still continued to give me the time of the day.

I then flew out to Egypt in January 2023 where I was met by Refaat at my hotel to go off and do viewings. He turned up in a vehicle which had the company logo on it. This meant a lot to me and was even more reassuring.

Honestly when you’re buying a property overseas for the first time you really worry about the littlest things. Well I know i did alooot and I mean alooot. Because you hear and read alot of stories.

We did two days of heavy viewings. Like seriously packed out. But it was absolutely worth it for me as it really narrowed down my choices.

George stayed in touch throughout my stay in Egypt. Which was a serious touch.

When I got back to Uk and was able reflect and go through the videos with my family I got in touch with George with my choices.

The property that was meant for me accepted my offer after hard negotiations.

Throughout the journey George has been a top top man!!! And refaat!!! These guys are absolutely amazing!!!!

I’m sure anyone that has done business with them would totally agree.

They were sooo excited for me when I paid the deposit on my flat. They were genuinely happy for me.

Good support and communication throughout the sale of property

The process was a lot more protracted than expected. Egyptian beauorcracy.

As we wanted to purchase an appartment in foreign country it was very important to find a reliable agent. I must say we were lucky to meet George who led us through the process efficiently and profesionally. Although we were his first clients from Serbia, also there were some technicall dificulties during the process, he succeeded in connnecting all the parties and finishing everything in a timely manner. Refaat in Hurghada was very kind and helpful. I would recommend future clients to choose Sun homes when buying a property in Egypt.
