Sunbit; POOR SERVICE!
Visited auto dealership inquiring about sunbit financing for service. With their assistance, submitted application into Sunbit and was approved. Returned to dealership 10 days later, had service done and tried to use Sunbit for financing service done. On this visit Sunbit would not cover my costs unless I provided the following; Photo of my license (front and back), selfie photo of myself, photos of my signed social security card, photos of current utility bill.... Who has copies of their utility bill and/or their social security card on their person on a daily basis? Needless to say, I had to pay for services another way....I will most definately share this poor Sunbit experience with all.

Insane astronomical fees
If u request $200. You are approved for $100. And have to pay $300-400 in interest Fees. You are paying $400 for a $100 loan. This is insane. Beyond excessive. Run I tell you. Progressive leasing doesn't do this.

Human staff deserves ten stars but not AI
Human staff deserves ten stars. I registered four stars because of the inadequacy of Sunbit's AI to even understand my question much less address it. When I finally got to a person, I had an answer in seconds. My question was that I was unable to pay by credit card instead of debit card. AI wasted 1/2 hour of my time. I know that AI saves Sunbit money (fewer staff ) but you lose by reducing customer satisfaction. My suggestion: Hire more staff and deemphasize AI to handle customer service.
