Jeg købte tre jelly bras. Da jeg modtog ordren, var to af bh'erne en helt anden model end dem jeg bestilte. Helt forkerte i størrelse og pasform.
Da jeg kontakter kundeservice for at returnere, får jeg at vide at jeg ikke kan returnere varen, hvilket jeg naturligvis er utilfreds med siden jeg har modtaget forkert vare. Så tilbyder de mig 40% rabat på næste ordre, men jeg vil bestemt ikke købe mere, når jeg ikke kan regne med at få den rigtige vare. Endelig tilbyder de at sende den rigtige model i en anden farve, og lige Da jeg tror det er faldet på plads tilbyder de mig i stedet 40% refusion. Der er gået en måned og intet er sket endnu udover endeløs mailudveksling med kundeservice.
Lad være med at købe noget fra Sundaye!

Very disappointing experience.

I ordered two Jelly Bras from Sundaye in exactly the same size and style, one black and one white. The black bra is excellent, but the white one is clearly made from a much lower-quality material and feels like a completely different product. It is not what I paid for.

After contacting customer service, they acknowledged the issue and promised to send me a free replacement. I accepted their offer.

That was over a month ago.

Since then, I have received nothing. I have contacted them multiple times asking where my replacement is, but they have stopped responding completely.

Making promises is easy. Actually keeping them is another story.

Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. If something goes wrong with your order, don’t expect a quick or reliable solution.

I would give this 0 stars if I could. Absolute scam website selling cheap knockoffs of the bras in their stolen ads. Sizing is not accurate, does not fit anywhere close to what the sizing says. Complete scam, truly do not order from this company!!! I wish I’d read more reviews outside of Reddit and social media before ordering from the site.

Tried a product (jelly bra), did not fit, so I asked to return it. They replied that I can keep the item (which does not fit) and that they will send an item of my choice as a replacement. While I appreciate the offer, I got sent the wrong item (I asked for a different product) so now I have the same item twice (in different colors). When I asked about it, they regret that there is an issue but since they offered a replacement, nothing can be done. All in all, would not recommend unless you're sure it will fit you.

Verschrikkelijk bedrijf. Ik heb drie BH's besteld. Maar het gedeelte bij de tepel zit een deuk in waardoor ik hem niet onder een tshirt of iets aankan, want dan zie je dat gedeelte door het shirt heen. Dit is bij elke BH zo. Ik heb meerdere keren contact opgenomen en ik krijg alleen maar te horen dat ik 40% kan krijgen op mijn bestelling. Ze zeggen omdat de maat goed is en de fitting, dat het geen defect is. Volgens mij is het juist wel een defect, want de maat en de fit zit verder goed. Ik wil geen 40%, ik wil mijn geld terug en de BH's terugsturen!!!!!!!!! Maar daar krijg ik weer geen reactie op. NIET BESTELLEN!!!!!!!!!!!

Completely different product from what is advertised. Size L fits an XS at most.
First they try to offer a 40% discount so you can pay for the wrong product again, then they suggest a replacement without returning it, and after that they say they sent the best possible item. I have now asked for a refund, but I fear this is a vain hope.
