Horrible Experience
Absolutely the worst experience with a business I have experienced. Run.. don't walk away if you are considering using them. Their website says they are a carrier but clearly they broker with other companies. The sub contracted company Ciao Bella came on moving day and charged me almost three times the quote. Even the rep I dealt with said that this other company over inflated charges. The bill of lading had no company name or phone number on it, their workers raided my refrigerator without asking and stole drinks out of it, the inventory listed was very broad and vague. Communication was abysmal and when I could get through I got the runaround. I'm very patient and understanding but I know when I'm being played. They still have my deposit that they said they would refund me because it was a duplicate charge. But of course that didn't happen after 21 days and I had to file a dispute with Venmo. Who needs this stress especially during a move. Simply horrible.

Subcontracting of Services: We apologize for the confusion regarding the subcontracting of your move. Due to logistical constraints in your area, we had to partner with Ciao Bella to complete your move. Our intention was never to deceive, and we strive for transparency in all our operations.
Unexpected Charges: We understand your frustration with the charges imposed by Ciao Bella. We have been working to ensure that such incidents do not occur and to provide guidance on how to file a claim for any discrepancies.
Inventory and Conduct: The behavior of the moving crew is unacceptable. Raiding your refrigerator and providing vague inventory listings fall far short of our standards. We will address these issues with our subcontractors immediately.
Communication and Deposit Refund: We apologize for the communication difficulties and the delay in your deposit refund. As you filed a dispute with Venmo, the payment is currently on hold. We are coordinating with Venmo to expedite the release of your funds.
We genuinely appreciate your patience and understanding. Please contact us directly so we can assist you further in resolving these issues and processing any claims for damaged items.

I just did a 2 day interstate move with…
I just did a 2 day interstate move with Sunflower Relocation and would highly recommend them. The cost estimate was accurate, the communication before and during was excellent and the moving day crew of 3 was hard-working, efficient, courteous, good-humored and communicative. I was very nervous, having never hired an interstate moving company before, and am very pleased that the move went so well.

This was my first time using movers and I could not be more impressed! Booking my move was super easy, and they gave me no hassle on a time to arrive. The day of my move the movers got there right on time, secured all my belongings and moved everything super fast! The movers were also very polite and did not waste any time. Would definitely use them again!

Best moving experience I have had…
Best moving experience I have had across eight different moves within the last 15 years of military service. They are the reason I elected to coordinate my own move instead of the DOD doing it for me. Their customer service and the control and flexibility they provide to the customer is far and above anything that is typically contracted by the government. I used them for the first time last summer for our move.

Christian and his team were amazing! So fast, efficient, well prepared and nice guys. They came right on time, had all the proper equipment, loaded and unloaded everything with care, were super gentle with our belongings and wrapped everything expertly. Best of all they had a great attitude! Will definitely use Sunflower Relocation in the future.

Very effient and on time
Very effient and on time! The driver Julio was great and i was so impressed with his skill at getting the truck into a tight loading dock space. They packed a few boxes that i just ran out of time to finish and completed the job in less time than estimated which saved me money as well! I highly recommend Sunflower Relocation from the very first call with Joe all the way through!

If you need to move call sunflower first. I went online and got called by no less than 20 people, and each person sounded sketchier than the next. I was able to send Michael pictures and he got me an honest quote and saved me from so many dishonest brokers. My stuff arrived in 3 days and the guys were super helpful on delivery

This was my first big move I’ve done…
This was my first big move I’ve done myself. Tyler & Noah were very informative with explaining how the whole process works. Day of the move I had more boxes than I originally thought I told them, however it was not a problem as they gave me a good discount & reasonable rate that did fit my budget. The movers were very efficient & reliable as well & packed everything accordingly. Overall I had a great experience working with them, I did not have any cash to give the movers a tip so hopefully this review makes up for it!

Sunflower Relocation helped me move from New York to California. From the start, their customer service was responsive and provided a clear breakdown of the costs and timeline. On the day of the move, the team arrived right on time and got to the work immediately. They were careful with my fragile items, using extra padding and boxes where needed. The delivery was within the estimated window, and everything arrived in good condition. The only slight hiccup was a small delay in communication when I tried to get an update on the delivery day. Overall, a solid and dependable moving service.
