A few problems but superb customer service
A couple of minor issues with the delivery, but really first class customer service meant that within a week I was all sorted, and am a very happy customer. Thanks especially to Barry who went out of his way to help.

Excellent service, prompt delivery
I bought a pair of end tips to repair my Ray-Ban RB3447 sunglasses, and also bought a new pair as well (>15% cheaper than Amazon), just incase the repair didn’t go to plan. I need not have worried, both delivered within a few days, repair went smoothly. I now have two pairs, one for the car so I’m one happy customer..

Fantastic got my bridge replacement for my folding ray ban wayfarer quicker than I thought I would have even though it was a bank Holiday. Very helpful online and quick response even in these hard times. I was close to buying this part from Italy! Lucky I found you guys! Will recommend without hesitation. Thanks

Excellent service
Excellent service. Ordered late afternoon and paid for the 24 hour delivery. Arrived Saturday morning, relatively easy to replace the lenses. Sunglasses like new again! Ray ban lenses are expensive I think but worth paying to have sunglasses back to perfection. Won’t be hooking them over my top again to fall off and get scratched!

Their refund policy is a joke, they sent the wrong screws after a phone consultation and refused to refund after the product was returned to the PO box listed on the website, claiming they never received it. Avoid this seller

Amazing service
Amazing service, fast response getting back to me with a quote. Sent my boyfriends Prada sunglasses for repair on Monday after my daughter jumped all over them on the bed they where back by Friday looking brand new with no sign of any damage I would highly recommend and they will be the first I contact if we have any other accidental damages to our glasses in future, thank you so much saved a lot of money by not having to replace them.
