Very thorough yet very easy I was pleasantly surprised.

Received a text saying they needed me to send a Video of my medication that clearly states:
Full name, date of prescription, medication name, dose, and instructions provided with order.
I sent two videos and was told unacceptable as they could not verify the information. After an hour of trying to provide acceptable information I called Customer Service. They did not want a Video. I sent everything to them and was told I was all set. Then this morning I received FOUR text saying they had not received a valid prior proof of medications!!! I replied to two of the text explaining I had spoken with customer service and was advised I was all set. Still received the same reply. What a waste of my time! I called customer service and canceled my order!!

This was easy I love it I recommend!

Quick, knowledgeable and kind

I would recommend Sunlight. I have been on my Glp-1 journey for a few months now. I have tried WeightCare (way to expensive), IvyRX and now Sunlight. I can honestly say that Sunlight has been wonderful with communication, follow up and quick to take care of their patients plus affordable. I will stick with Sunlight if this continues for sure. 🤞

It has been 1 month and still no medication! I have done everything and a prescription has STILL not been sent. I do not recommend anyone else go through this.
Update I received a response from Sunlight to contact them so they could fix the situation. They still did not. More time wasted with no solution. I feel as though this place is a scam. Again I do NOT recommend them.

The follow up was straight forward. Overall it took 15 minutes to complete the questionnaire. If I ever have an issue or questions there is a number I call. I am satisfied with everything so far since I became a patient in October 2025.

Price on prescription is very budget friendly and the physician on call was very helpful giving information about the program and the instructions.

I chose your company because of the 24 hour turnaround on prescription decisions and that wasn’t met. I had to contact customer service via email twice and was told to call to set an appointment. I called and was told no appointment was required. Thankfully the rep I spoke with escalated my concerns and it was resolved. Your company is highly rated but I’m not sure I’ve experienced quality service.

I wasn’t sure if my message to increase dose was recieved untill I recieved my shipment. That would have been useful
