Ordered 8 days ago and parcel hasn't moved. Sent email and no reply won't be ordering off this site again will stick to amazon and other companies

I ordered 3 different High speed Marble PLA filaments and the shipment came within the promised delivery time. However, I recieved 3 random Wood filaments instead of what I actually ordered. Mistakes happen, but since then I have tried contacting them through their chat function and the two email adresses they have. However, no response at all! So I am stuck here with three filaments I have no use for and do not have the ones I actually need, and not a single reply from their side.
Edit: After two weeks and some more emails they replied and offered me a satisfactory solution.

So I did a review a few weeks back that covered the old spool SUNLU used. I saw many complaints in the feedback regarding issues with SUNL's new spool so was a little worried if my experience would change. I have come back to advise that the new spool has been no problems at all in the 5 x X1C Bambu units I use 24x7.

I have had no trouble with support as I've only dealt with sales team as I've never needed to log any support issues.

So a 5* star from me for SunLu

Good, cheap, fast! So far over the last 4 years of ordering products from them it has been great!
Good: I have only used their PLA filament and normal resin. The PLA prints great, comes in heavy duty ziplock vacuum bags and has been running on my printers with dozens of spools used before I encounter any issues. The resin works great for what you pay for it.
Cheap: Both resin and PLA are the cheapest around, and you get good quality for what you pay for it.
Fast: Super fast shipping, it usually arrives within 2 or three business days. Really enjoy how fast my orders arrive

Unabhängig davon, wie gut das Filament oder die Geräte sind – wenn ein Unternehmen nicht in der Lage ist, eine ordnungsgemäße Rechnung auszustellen, ist eine erneute B2B-Bestellung nicht möglich. Offenbar sind sie sich ihrer gesetzlichen Verpflichtung diesbezüglich nicht bewusst. Der Support ist nicht einmal einen Stern wert! Für Unternehmen absolut nicht empfehlenswert.

Sunlu products print excellently. They are the only filament and resin I use these days because of their quality and value. Shipping is always quick too

El dia 19 de julio veo que está empresa lanza la preventa del conector de filamentos con un lote de filamento de PLA +.
Parece una buena promoción por lo cual realizo la compra.
Entiendo que el conector no sale hasta septiembre, pero los filamentos en el momento de la compra si podían realizar el envío.
Dándoles un margen de 4 días para que realizarán el envío y al ver que no lo realizaban.
Me pongo en contacto con el servicio de atención al cliente, me responden a los días diciendo que lo enviaran en un único lote entre el día 20 de septiembre y el 30 de septiembre.
Me molesta pero lo acepto.
Llega el día 30 se septiembre y me vuelvo a poner en contacto con ellos y me dicen que se va a retrasar hasta noviembre, les digo que no es lógico que si en su web pone que hay stock, no recuerdo bien la cantidad pero eran más de 800 me digan a mi que hice la preventa que me espere hasta noviembre.
Cuando lo lógico es que envíen a los que han realizado la preventa el producto antes que a los que entran a comprarlo.
Como veo que no cumplen abro caso en paypal y les aviso de que si no me mandan el producto elevare el caso a reclamacion.
Recibo una contestación automatizada de que entre el 1 al 8 de octubre están de vacaciones.
El dia 8 les escribo de nuevo email y otra vez dan largas, al final consigo que me hagan el envío, pero cuando recibo el número de seguimiento de la empresa transportista veo que el paquete que tendría que pesar mas de 11 kilogramos al tener que contener 10 kilogramos de filamento Pla y el conector.
Entro en la web del transportista y veo que el paquete solo pesa 256 gramos.
Me vuelvo a poner en contacto con ellos y me dicen que ya lo han enviado.
Les digo que han mandado el conector pero que falta el filamento que quiero que me lo manden.
Me dicen que me lo mandaran más adelante que si me urge a ver que me estaban tomando el pelo elevó el caso a reclamacion en paypal.
Muy mal Sunlu es la primera y la última que os compro productos para evitar estos problemas.
Hay muchas marcas que venden pla a buen precio.

It's about 3 years that I buy materials (mainly PLA+ and Resin, recently also some PETG) from Sunlu.

The materials are quite good, I never had any problems with the resin.
The PLA+ is a bit more tricky (it depends on the color) as it requires some fine tuning to print properly but this is absolutely not related to the quality, it's something that would happen with any brand.
Also the shipping is really fast, in a matter of a couple of days I have my materials, it's on par with the shipping time from a non-prime Amazon.

I totally recommend the materials from Sunlu.

The only negative thing I can say, is regarding the website which is a bit... chaotic but nothing critical.

Ich habe schon ein paar Bestellungen bei Sunlu gemacht bisher ohne Probleme. Nun trat bei einer Bestellung ein Problem auf das ein Teil der Ware nicht geliefert wurde. Daraufhin habe ich versucht den Support über Email (sales02[at]sunlu.com & support[at]sunlu.com) und über Chat zu erreichen. Doch selbst nach mehren Tagen gab es von Sunlu keine Antwort auf meine Anfragen.

Ho letto i commenti e mi sembra davvero strano che Sunlu abbia ricevuto tutti questi voti negativi. Ho acquistato da loro sia Stampanti 3D che filamenti in 3 anni (a iosa) e non ho mai avuto grossi problemi. A quelli che hanno comprato stampanti 3D che "si sono guastate" vorrei dire che non state comprando una TV o on frigo... Le stampanti 3D si "guastano" e si aggiustano in proprio (son robette di pochissimi euro). Non sono prodotti per persone inesperte. Ho trovato tutti i prodotti Sunlu di ottima qualità rispetto alla media in circolazione. Può capitare un problema, non dico di no, ma a mio avviso hanno sempre dimostrato serietà.

Sunlu consistently has great filament at great prices.

I initially used sunlu filaments to save monay, years ago, but spool after spool i saw this company to grow and to improve quality every day!
I now use only sunlu for tpu, pla+ and petg for my Ender 3.
I appreciate very much the costant performances, best cost/quality ratio end also the possibility to buy on different channels at best price.
Hope they will extend filament variety also with special materials, as for standard once the service Is very good.

I'm using Sunlu filaments (including their subbrands) for a good few years now. I went through many other brands and also own few different 3D Printers. One of biggest issues for many companies is consistency for example ordering same type/colour few months later and and having different shade of pink which can be a big issue on bigger prints. Now after getting high speed Bambu 3D printer another challenge was to have a filament which works just fine. Even normal basic PLA or PLA meta from Sunlu works at 200-300mm/s. I've also ordered their High Speed PLA and it works great. Spools are plastic and now they made them reusable. No issues in Bambu AMS. All spools always come neatly winded and with filament clip inside bag. Recommend that brand for price and quality of filament.

Delivery was faster than expected.

I really enjoy Sunlu filament. I use primarily the PLA Meta filament and have only had great quality results from it! I print for a business I run so I have used hundreds of rolls at this point and will continue to do so. Highly recommended
