I have ordered 100s of rolls of filament from sunlu.com. Everything arrives on time ive never had a issue with a order ever

Purchased an S4 dryer and bundle of 3 Kgs of filament. The dryer arrived a couple of days later, the filament was in the region of a week later.

Dryer was faulty on arrival and I could hear a screw or two loose inside so I wanted to return/swap this unit.

Contacted Sunlu on their email addresses, but understood they are in China so would have to wait until the next morning for a reply. They asked for a video of the issue which I sent and the same day they dispatched a new unit. That got to me before the filament arrived!

Can't really fault them for response or service - it was excellent to be honest. I don't doubt that some may have had bad experiences, but both my purchases have been smooth.

Why the 4 stars? Well, the day my first dryer arrived, I received an email on a promotion for an S4 dryer and 3Kgs of filament for some £28 cheaper than I had just paid. Just found that poor.

Great filament for the price! I’ve been ordering in bulk and may have an issue or 2 with the roll being tight but otherwise no complaints here compared to other brands. One thing I will say is I wish they had more color variations in the future but I still love the colors now.

I've started a small print farm and purchased over 200 spools of Sunlu filament so far and been very happy with the quality and price. I plan on standardizing on Sunlu going forward.

We have been using Sunlu PETG filament for well over a year (Going through hundreds of rolls) and had an excellent experience with it. Low stringing and neatly wound, as promised. I recommend their PETG products and will be using some of their PLA+ 2.0 soon.

I only 3d print as a hobbyist so I am very happy with this filament I started with sunlu and found it to be realy good worked well with my ender and now own two bambu and still works well.
Shipping isn’t to bad as I allways order in advance from sunlu direct so time isn’t critical but have orderd on a next day from Amazon.
Some good deals on the website at moment so keep these deals coming perhaps even for the silks and rainbow colours.

I am fairly new to 3D printing and when I was looking for good quality filament that doesn't cost the earth I was recommended Sunlu, I have now had 4 orders from Sunlu UK, each time I have been very happy with the quality of the filament and the service I have received. Price wise I have been paying £8.99 per KG for PLA, the choice of colours is good, postage is always free and fast.

Availablity of filaments can be hit and miss sometimes but almost always has the basics colours available.
