Very friendly, great results every time. Dr Rajit Singh Panesar has been amazing with the nurse Namita.

Excellent service as always by Dr Panesar and his lovely nursing assistant Namita. I would thoroughly recommend coming to this wonderful practice. I have been coming here for a long time and the latest developments and technologies that they use at the practice has been marvellous. Superb all rounders.

I saw Catherine today for 2 fillings she was very gentle and spent a long time making sure the fillings were comfortable and not too high and that I could bite properly.

Having been a patient at this practice for many years, it has been the best experience. So happy with Dr Panesar who recommended Invisalign as it’s one of the best things I’ve ever had done with many people commenting how nice my teeth look, caring, professional, nothing is too much trouble. The new facilities have really added to what was already a great service.
I used to loathe going to the dentist when I was young, it’s changed my view completely.

Well I have to say.. the staff here (raj and Omesh) are the most helpful and dedicated I have ever seen

They both went above and beyond with Omesh coming in on his day off..
What care… I’m actually overwhelmed

Sadly once a dental practice I regarded as good, over a period of time, my trust in this practice has gone.

The staff turnover is huge which makes me question this practice.

Both my husband and I (different practitioners) have had appointments cancelled on the day recently both with the excuse that the dentist is leaving and not starting more work. Unfortunately both of these cancellations have occurred with very little notice- cancelling on the day of appointment, when we have already made working arrangements and childcare plans. This is particularly annoying when you run a business and have 3 children because the loss of income potential and cost of childcare is significant.

Rebooking is offered for months at a time later. Unsurprisingly we did not have this level of poor service when we were paying the private practice pricing however since we are now nhs, the service is simple not so good enough.

Initially my dentist was Dr Panesar, I will say he is a very good dentist with a very good manner for nervous patients. If money was no object- this should be your dentist. Unfortunately since registering as an nhs patient, the service has not been anything alike.

One thing I must include in my review is that I find the practice quite dishonest. I will share just some examples:

•I began a root canal treatment which failed, this was explained as a possible given the situation with my tooth. However, I was left “paying for the dentists time”, a full refund was not given, only partial. I then had to pay their private dental surgeon a large fee to extract the tooth.

•I was told the only way to register my sons was as private patients and we could join the waiting list. After covering the costs of 2 rounds of check ups, I saw a Facebook post offering free kids appointments, when challenging this, I was told they could now be allowed nhs but needed more appointments.

•My sons were both quoted for private dental work for white fillings which was very expensive, I was told this is for white fillings. I decided they should have the nhs option which ironically was the white fillings anyway (for free) because that’s what the nhs guideline is!!! So the practice would have quite happily taken my money, for a service that is actually available free on the nhs.

•Unfortunately similar happened to my teeth, two dentists quoted for white fillings a huge sum of money. Told this is for private work and the nhs was amalgam/silver. I opted for silver as a more financially viable option- I have maternity exemption and honestly view putting white fillings in No8 teeth a waste of money. I was told the dentist doesn’t do the nhs option, you see a dental technician. The dental technician had to give free white fillings anyway as I am breastfeeding and again, this is an nhs guideline. So 2 dentists were happy to be very pushy towards private dental work for white fillings with dentistry plans of thousands of pounds, when these were available under the nhs guidelines. This makes me very unhappy and feel that we are being taken advantage of.

Lastly, the equipment in the dental practice is in disrepair- on Friday, the dental technician was using a gun to dispense filling material which was broken and causing a problem. Today, upon returning to have the filling adjusted, the drill had some issue which left me soaked in water, in my eyes, in my hair, over my clothes. I was quite literally drenched.

Unfortunately the dentist Chanvir that I was using is leaving and my appointment yesterday for the next step of my treatment was cancelled on the day. I was booked with Chanvir to adjust the filling today that the dental technician did. You could tell he was not happy at the practice, very down trodden and not his usual professional level of service unfortunately.

I am now half way through a dental plan, with no dentist, no appointment available for weeks and quite honestly I don’t want to return to this practice.

Had my wisdom teeth removed at Sunningdale Dental Practice by Dr Omesh Modgill and Kam. I felt well supported throughout the whole appointment and everything was explained clearly, including the step by step process and post-removal care.

Omesh (surgeon) and Kam (nurse) were absolutely fantastic. Reassuring throughout my procedure and communicated with me clearly. Omesh was thorough and informative in preparing me beforehand and with aftercare instructions. Highly recommend for any dental surgery. Thank you for your kindness and professionalism.

As long standing patients of the practice were amazed how it has improved with the new extension and up to date equipment to a high standard.On arrived in the reception area the staff are friendly and give you confidence.Treatments are shown for you to view while waiting which covers all areas.
The staff from reception to the dentist are all helpful and treatment is explained beforehand your agreement of treatment.Pleased with service and would recommend.

I had several appointment now at the Sunningdale clinic, and I honestly couldn't be happier. Dr Sunil has been amazing every time, and he's very kind, very patient, and very understanding. All staff, including reception, nurses and assisting team are so kind and welcoming. I definitely recommend the clinic to anyone with high expectations of care and professionalism.

A large filling removed & replaced today by Catherine. All went very smoothly. Very accomplished practitioner, put me at ease and work completed without any discomfort. Highly recommend

This was my very first visit to the Sunningdale Dental Practice.
The waiting room was immaculately clean and very welcoming
My initial impression of the Practice when I walked in, was one of excellence.
The Receptionists on duty were all very approachable and courteous.
The dentist was Chantal. Chantal was immensely courteous & pleasant in her manners. After a very thorough checkup and a couple of x-rays, Chantal then explained the treatment plan and cost.
Her explanations about the treatment which I was about to receive , were very precise and clear. She substantiated her explanations by pointing out the problematical areas shown on the x-rays. She also queried if I had other concerns.
What I found most comforting during the treatment, was the way Chantal explained each step methodically before she executed the procedure. This helped to alleviate my anxieties as I then knew what to expect. No sudden shocks or surprises!
The treatment I received was totally pain free & stress free thanks to Chantal 's skill & professionalism. I felt very good after the treatment.

Dayana Roslin was one of the best Hygienist I have had. She was pain-free, smooth cleaning and SO understanding with my sensitive teeth. Her attention of wiping the water splashes during the cleaning, she carefully wiped away. Thanks Dayana!

I would highly recommend this practice. I saw Dr Chantal Burgess for a wisdom tooth extraction. She spent a generous amount of time clearly explaining to me all the pros and cons of extraction. She made the process as smooth and pain free as possible and I felt reassured that I was getting the highest standard of patient care.

Dr Leena made this experience great I had a lot of work done and to be in the hands of angel Leena fulfilled be with confidence and I have huge praise for this very experienced dentist five stars.

The staff were incredible, made me feel at ease and very safe in their care.
