Great durable pool toys
Pool toys are my favourite gifts for my grandchildren at Christmas
One of the many items I bought was faulty. SunnyLife replied to my email promptly, despite being over the Christmas period. After sending a photo of the fault they asked would I like a refund or replacement. I happily requested a replacement

The Customer service team were very understanding, friendly and super quick in resolving my problem when I had a faulty product. Lene resolved my problem right away and within a few emails a new product had been posted out to me. 100% happy with the quick response and resolving the issue. Ordered a slip and slide set for our grandchildren for Christmas. It arrived quickly and they used it on Christmas Day. Unfortunately there was an issue with the operation but upon contacting SunnyLife it was rectified very quickly and a replacement organised. Very professional and helpful.

Article ne convenant pas.¨Produit bien vanté mais ordinaire ne justifiant pas son tarif et de taille nous convenant pas! Retour à nos frais( 26,80€) par colissimo la Poste suivi le 28-11-2025 à l'adresse mentionné sur le courriel Sunnylife pour un retour aux pays-Bas. Début du parcours du combattant : L'adresse de retour fourni par Sunnylife est erronée, colis bloqué aux Pays bas en attente de complément d'informations le 01-12-2025. Colissimo se dégage du suivi car le colis n'est plus en France et conseille de contacter son homologue Néerlandais POSTNL...Entre temps, Sunny life basée en Australie renvoie une nouvelle adresse de retour et nous demande d'agir pour corriger leur erreur...plusieurs courriels plus tard, Sunnylife va nous rembourser le 17-12-2025 sous 10 jours la somme de 112,00€ déduisant au passage des taxes de retour.
Achat à 134,99€ - 22,99€ taxes retour + 26,80€ de colissimo = 49,79€ perdus sans aucun geste commercial pour le temps passé dans le suivi de cet achat.Expérience négative concernant cette société de vente.

Best after sales service I have seen in years !
Despite the fact that I experienced an issue with the item I purchased, SunnyLife was extremely fast to address the issue and solve the problem. The customer service of this company is exceptional.
I will buy more products in the future, based on my excellent after sales experience with this company.

Great company - I had to fix an issue with an order I placed and I got a reply within the hour! They helped me to resolve the issue super fast and were kind and reliable throughout the process. Highly recommend this brand and company!
Really pleased from start to finish
I bought a toddler car blow up bed and 2 days later it was on sale (a lot on sale!). I wrote to them asking for credit not expecting much but was instantly responded with a credit! The bed itself is super fun, unbelievably fast shipping, and excellent customer service.

Extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Sunnylife.
I placed an order and only one of the two parcels was delivered. The courier confirmed that only one item was handed over, yet Sunnylife has refused to send a replacement and has instead left me waiting indefinitely for them to “investigate” their own logistics issue.
This is not acceptable customer service. I paid in full, did not receive the full order, and have been given no meaningful solution or timeframe.
Customers deserve better transparency, accountability, and support when issues arise. I’m sharing this so others are aware of what to expect.

Exceptional customer service from Sunnylife. I made a purchase for my niece and unfortunately the gift had already been purchased by another family member. The customer service team were fantastic and went out of their way to cancel the order and provide a refund. No stress on me at all and very much appreciated
Outdated delivery policy
I paid extra for express delivery expecting prompt arrival, but the company insists on sending all parcels “signature required.” This meant the package couldn’t actually be delivered when I wasn’t home and was instead sent to the post office — completely defeating the point of express shipping.
For a $70 item, this policy is absurd. Customers should be able to choose whether they want to sign or have it left safely at their address. I now have to take time off work just to collect something I paid extra to have delivered quickly.
Until they review this outdated delivery policy, I’d recommend ordering from somewhere else where express delivery actually means what it says.

Firstly, the deluxe beach chair is one of the best thing’s I’ve ever bought. I wear it as a backpack and ride to the beach. The zip compartments fits more than I thought! So good! Love the look and it’s really comfortable both in the sitting and reclining position.
Also, the customer service is impeccable - old school, good old fashioned, proper care of their customers!
