Sunrun Solar 

Sunrun installed a defective roof using undocumented workers, with seldom a joureyman present. There are a number of leaks and general bad construction and damage. For those who aren't aware, yes you can purchase a new roof through Sunrun. In fact if you buy a roof and solar installation together, the warranty is supposed to be 25 years. But it's only been two years and they refuse to repair the roof. I live in a very nice home, and they did everything they could to not address this roof. I waited for a period of months, and they said they couldn't get anyone to come out. They indicated with flowery diplomatic language that I could hire my own contractor to fix it and they would reimburse me. I believe they did this deliberately to evade the obigation of their warranty when they knew rain water was pouring into my house. However the roof was so ravaged by reckless unskilled work that more leaks and hidden damage emerged. Then Sunrun said they won't cover any more repairs. They abandoned me and my roof. Sunrun should have come out after I made a single phone call and repaired the roof. Numerous phone calls and emails and personel, all the way to the corporate office in San Francisco for those of you who might think you can go all the way up the ladder for better results. You would likely get a lawyerly like letter indicating Sunrun isn't responsible if you get into a costly repair issue. I think it's nice friendly salepeople, but down the road, it's platitude and delays and no response. And a company I recommend you not trust in spite of the flowery advertising and enthusiastic promises from their salespeople and representitives.

Ich denke mal dass es ein Fakeaccount ist und diese guten Bewertungen aus den eigenen kreisen kommen.
Ob email oder Telefon, man kommt an keinen heran um ihn zu kontaktieren.
Egal zu welcher tageszeit man anruft, es kommt nur der Anrufbeantworter, selbst in der nacht sind die Telefone angeblich überlastet mit Kunden.

Ein seriöser Online-Shop. Die Ware wurde per Lieferung durch Dachser zugestellt. Die telefonische Hotline ist erreichbar und Fragen zu Lieferterminen werden beantwortet. Ich bin vollkommen zufrieden und kann nichts Negatives berichten. Die Bezahlung erfolgte per Vorkasse.

Letzte Woche habe ich den oben genannten Shop kontaktiert und gestern bereits die Lieferung erhalten. Der Kundensupport war äußerst kompetent, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Lieferung kam gut verpackt, vollständig und in einwandfreiem Zustand bei mir an. Alles in allem kann ich den Shop nur empfehlen. Gerne wieder! :)

Von der Bestellung bis zur Anlieferung war der Support des Anbieters sehr gut. Die Lieferung war komplett, es fehlte nichts, und die Montageanleitung ist sehr hilfreich. Die Ladestation funktioniert ausgezeichnet und zuverlässig. Die Benutzeroberfläche der App ist wirklich intuitiv und daher sehr einfach zu bedienen.

Sehr zufrieden mit der Ladestation seit 6 Monaten. Das Laden ausschließlich mit überschüssiger Energie funktioniert einwandfrei.
